T-Rex and it's relatives (Albertasaurus, Allosaurus, ect.).

Allosaurus was not relative of T-rex becouse Allosaurus is an Allosaurid in order Carnosauria .... And Tyrannosaurus & Albertosaurus were Tyrannosaurids in order Coelurosauria ... that means Tyrannosaurids are near to Ornithomimosauria, Oviraptorosauria & Deinonychosauria ("raptors" & Troodontids) much more than Carnosaurs....
Some years ago all kind of theropods are called as Carnosaurs ... but more modern researches shows that it wasn't true.....

some more informations :
Carnosauria
Coelurosauria
Tyrannosauroidea

could you clear that up?

I am sorry about my english - i haven't spoken it for more than 3 years ..... sad.gif
I mean members of Carcharodontosauridae were very typical theropods there were no interesting stuffs except their sizes ..... They were very primitive....
It's like most people like eagles more than sparrows becouse they have very charismatic view but technically sparrows are more advanced....

I can help everybody for classification and dinosaur information just send me a message
