Hey everyone.

This is mainly for the believers but anyone feel free to reply. Does anyone here think that God has another "project" he could be working on? Not to say he abandoned us or anything, but our rules still stand and such but maybe why God isnt so active at the moment is because he might be creating another planet? Or getting one populated? I mean who knows. Sure he did what he did for us- but maybe hes moving on to something different and new. Sometimes i think that he is making new rules on a new planet with a new "people". Does anyone have any opinion on this? Anyone think God is getting busy with another project or plan?

I know The Bible talks about heaven/hells and stuff like that- how how does that mean God doesn't have any other plans or ideas or projects i think its likely.

This is a purposeless universe you give it its meaning , I'm tired to but basically God doesn't have a preference one way or the other now i know religion says God Does but not true but don't take my word for it ponder this yourself the truth of this will become obvious. namaste Sheri

Life is full of mysteries and we humans have hardly even scratched the surface good. God never left word he was going to be here for us. He is however on the other side where we will end up one day soon enough. I think he once had his fun when he created this planet and then he got things going in the direction he wanted it and gave us a choice of the life we wish to live and what we make of that life is up to us. The rules for life have been written and even those that do not worship a God most of them seem to end up on the path of these rules. And then some dont even the people that worship God a few of them worship and sin all the way around and back again. God is there for us but not to call on for help for everything. Everything that happens here has a reason and the word will always have both pain and healing.

Nicely said friend, but do you believe that God is creating another project? Maybe with a new planet? New "Beings"? New Rules? I know he still loves us- and our rules still stand but who knows universally what else might be happening under his command and control? .

I personally see 'god' as a universal energy, and also believe in a "mother nature" type of energy that is also universal, so I have no doubt that somewhere out there is another planet with some beings who probably have their own rules about how to worship this god/dess.

I suppose I'm not really a great person to answer your question because I don't ascribe to the "big man in the sky who makes rules and helps us out" idea.

I believe God isn't as active because we have more modern medicine. So divine healing is heard of less often. But God is always with us and is active but does not have to prove his power as much as he did in Bible days because we have faith in him. More and more people doubt his existance so they do not see the signs as believers do. God heals us by both modern science and divine healing combined. He spares us (huis people ) from harm -or harms way to an extent where we can spread his message. God is active in my life. I prayed for new shoes because my black pumps we broke down to no repair. The next day I went to my mom's and receieved used shoes that appeared brand new. They fit perfect and looked great, God also provided me with new shoes for my daughter. I didn't even ask for her shoes either and my family bought her a pair. So God provides fopr us he just isn't parting the red sea anymore.

first of all, god is supposedly 'all-powerful'. so he wouldn't be busy on another project... he wouldn't even have to work on it. he could just snap his fingers and make one happen. you're giving god human characteristics when you say that he's taking time off to work on another project because he cannot handle them simultaneously.

and assuming he is making another world, let us hope that the inhabitants of it will be more intelligent than we are.

Yeah but see if you had all the power to do anything- you'd be bored out of your brains to "snap" your finger and make it happen. Why cant God work on things? Sure he can snap his fingers- but he can actually take his time to create for time is not of the essence for him. God has always had a "plan" and i dont think theres anything wrong with me saying "God is working on a new plan." For he is an artist, and an artist likes to make his art appear perfect (in his creations stubborn eyes) before revealing it to all.

I believe that thinkin of god as a guy with tinker toys is a bit silly. When god supposedly made the land and sea, did some guy on a cloud wave his hand around and chant some mystical words that made water and earth appear? What do believers of genesis actually believe happened?
Since I take god/dess as simple (or complex) forces, it makes perfect sense that these forces are at work on a million other worlds just like on ours. Kinda like saying gravity would work on any world in the universe based on natural laws of physics.

Please do not post in this thread with that type of response. This isn't a question if there is a god or not. This is a question of wether or not a GOD is working on another project other then earth and heaven. I will be reporting you to a moderator for your reply that was out of line. Please, built up some self-control and post when it is neccessary. This comment was out of line and is considered as flaming which is against the forum rules. The fact is God may be working on preparing our mansions in Heaven. I mean more and more people get saved so God has to build new mansions ever so often.

Well, this is where maturity comes into play. When you know right from wrong you will have something called self-control. Which means you know when its appropriate to do something. The discussion is among those who believe in god. Why come in and ruin somebodies party? That is what happens when you just say something out of line....like "THERE IS NO GOD!!!!" That only gets people aggervated and can lead to hurting somebodies peronsal feelings on the subject. It was a waste of space on this forum. The question was "Gods Other Projects" so if I were an athiest I would leave this thread alone because I know that it deals with believers in God and no athiests.

You must stay on subject here in this thread. You can't just do that here on this forum. If he wants to voice his opinion...voice in a thread that deals with "do you believe god" then say there is no god. Please, it's just uncalled for. This thread is really for people who believe in an alpha omega...not an athiest that is here to just say "there is no god" that is out of context. It is a meaningless post and these types of posts need to stop because i see them in all threads that do nothing but cause problems. It's very immature...

now as far as god creating other projects. This is a hard topic to deal with because we have no documents that there are other places besides Heaven, earth, and Hell. We will only find out when we die then we get to see the glorious work of an alpha omega.

Even though this topic was related to 'God', Why is it in the Spirituality vs Skepticism? Don't expect for it to be full of religious people when atheists are wondering through this forum.

Medicine aides in the healing Process. The immune system heals us.
