Hi! Is there a newbies section where someone new can go post and not be so intimidated by the rapid replies? I've posted a few times, and check back sometimes less than an hour later and cant even find the topic! Is there a place to introduce yourself to the UM forum?

You can feel free to start a topic introducing yourself in the General Off Topic section of the board. original.gif
There isn't however a section devoted to new members no.

As I kind word of advice, dont post a " IM A NOOB!!" thread...they are pretty lame and annoying. You make a much better impression if you contribute to the forums positivly yes.gif

Don't worry about being new the best way is to just jump right in, you'll get the hang of it, welcome.

Newbie threads are fine it's a good way to introduce yourself.

If you are having difficulty keeping track of threads you have posted on, you can go into your profile, on the top right hand corner you will find a button labelled, 'Profile Options.' Press on that and a drop down menu will appear with the option of selecting your last posts. You can then find the thread you posted in by clicking either on the post number or the topic title. original.gif
