That was stupid, but I guess it was justified. Once, when my friend and I were in 7th grade or so, we switched the sunday school tapes at the church he went to. His dad would have meetings with the deaf group at his church, and we'd have to go along with him. Well, like kids, we got to exploring the church and we discovered that the preschool sunday school class would have their video in the vcr and ready to go so that all the teacher had to do sunday was turn the thing on and press play. Well, one day we decided to switch tapes, the bible bob or whatever it was already in the vcr, I don't really remember, with an adult video we'd gotten from somewhere. We made the switch then left. We never learned what happened, if the tape got played or not, because shortly after that his parents got divorced and he moved to a different town. That is the stupidest thing I think I've ever done.

Here's something else about me.
I have been really good friends with someone for 12 years that I thought considered me a good friend but come to thinkof it I was the one who always called him. Whenever we talked it usually involved him with some sort of problem and I would help him to fix it, yet when I had a problem he never once was there when I needed him. He will love on me by hugging me and talking to me about being happy in life but I am beginning to wonder if it is all a charade. I have now realized that I have been A DUPE. He never answers my calls or returns them for that matter and the only time he will talk to me is if I go to his house. I am just now realizing that I have been wasting my time. So much for my faith in him. I have cared for him for so long and the fact of the matter is I just now realized that it has been one sided this whole entire time. I am very hurt by all this and have realized that I have been very dumb to think that this person actually cares for me. He is only a friend yet I felt like he was my best friend, so much for that theory.
So I guess I am naive.

Tioria, that guy is a fool. don't you worry over spilled milk. i think everyone of us has known a person like this and learned this lesson. just remember that not all people know how to be a good friend, some are very bad at it. i know that i have a hard time with social stuff and it irritates some of my more social friends. its not that i don't want to see them at the party, its that i can't stand parties- social people take me turning down a party as a rejection of them. when i see them becoming irritated about it, i try my best to explain it to them (because i don't want them to get the wrong idea). i would just prefer doing other things that i enjoy more. i really dislike drinking and merrymaking- happy people make me nervous. im actually much more sociable in peaceful surroundings.

Thx guys I appreciate your sympathy.
1. I used to steal street signs and hide them in my closet and the trunk of my car. One day my friend took my car without me knowing and was putting stuff in the trunk. He always took my car, I didn't care, anyways back to the story. he was putting stuff in the trunk and opened the trunk and went to slide his stuff in and cut his hand on a street sign I had in there. The funny thing is the street sign I had stole was Do NOt Enter. LOL
2. I was in a talent show when I was a senior in high school and instead of the original singing, playing an instrument or doing a dramatic monalouge. I decided to do a gymnastics routine. Well the talent part went over pretty well but the dress my grandma picked out for me resembled one of the southern belle dresses from the 1800's. It was white because they all had to be white and I think it was a wedding dress, needless to say I looked a little bit out there

I never did another talent show after that.

A couple more things....
1. I have Mitral Valve Prolapse Disease. Luckily it is very common and rarely serious. Their is no medicine for me to take for it, and at any given moment I could pass cold out (which usually happens at the most inconvenient times). I've passed out in my parent's kitchen (my head landed in the dog's bowl, yuck!), at a restaurant, and at a club. I always know when it getting ready to happen. So, I have to make people aware in case it happens so they won't freak out, and so they'll know that I WILL wake up. Here is a link if anyone is interested.
LINK2. I began playing organized basketball when I was in 3rd grade and continued playing through the 12th grade. By then I was completely burnt out. I also played softball and ran track until 10th grade.
3. I suffer from clausterphobia. I have a hard time with elevators full of people (I usually end up holding my breath until I reach the floor I'm going to). Last weekend I went to my cousin's wedding and her reception was on the 60th (top) floor of this building. By the time I got all the way to the top (the elevator was full) I was completely nauscious and dizzy. When I fly I have to have a window seat (and a nice glass of chardonnay

), or again I start to feel nauscious.
Well, that's it for now!

uhm...hi!
On my first birthday I contracted what my folks thought was flu. So they took me to a doctors and asked for his opinion. He said it was just the flu and that I'd be be fine the following day.
Thankfully my dad is every bit as paranoid as I am (I got it from him, obviously) so he took me to the hospital to see whats wrong. He carried me into the A&E wing (The ER, esentially) and as he walked in this trainee nurse on her first shift sees me and shouted "MY GOD! HE'S GOT MENINJITIS!"
So they take me to the ward and sort me all out.
That night they go to my folks "Do you want to hold him?" so they do that and as they drive home they realise that that means the doctors thought I was going to die.
Anyways, I pretty much hit rock bottom with that and nearly died, according to the med records, and then I managed to make a complete recovery.
The meds were doing their rounds and they saw a baby jumping up and down in his crib shouting how he was hungry and wanted food...and they were like "oh no...that poor meningitis baby...what happened do him?"
And then the doc was like "Thats him"
"No way!"
I ended up with 3 of those ID tags on me cause I kept ripping them off...one on each wrist, one on my ankle.
And best of all, NOTHING is wrong with me.
The doctor was like "He'll have something wrong with him...sight or hearing most like"
And nothing is wrong!
So I consider myself pretty lucky in that respect.

1) I touched the table where the Korean War Armstice was signed in the DMZ, while jumping around and saying "I'm in South Korea!" *hop* "I'm in North Korea!". The border between the two countries goes right through the middle of the table.

OK, let me try an see if I can come up with two things that you all would probably never see coming in a million years.... ok, here goes:
1. I make huge pots of my spagetti sauce, and take it to homeless shelters. Once I am there, I boil the noodles, and we all sit down and eat together. Now, before say that this is sooo nice of me to do, I have to tell you, I actually get a little something from it. You see, I have this sick obsession with feeding people, and my sauce is so awesome, that I would practically shove it in anyone's face, just to hear them say how good it is..
2. I won a gold medal in swimming, for the butterfly stroke. (Years ago, of course)
So, there are my contributions at the moment, hope it surprised some people.. If not, then give me time, I am sure I can come up with some other stuff.

I'm ambide...erm ambidex...erm I can write with both hands which is pretty cool...I think I was supposed to be left handed but a teacher in my Junior School made me write with my right hand.
I've had three fights at school....all on boys....one was when I was about ten on a boy in the Year above me at school who wanted to have a fight on my brother who is two years older than me but was small for his age at the time...I told the kid that he wouldn't hit my brother, he laughed at me and said what are you gonna do about it...I said 'this' and gave him a left hook that left him with a black eye...another fight happened when this kid took some sand that workmen use and threw it in my little brothers face and was calling my mom names...this really angered me...so I gave him a good bashing and chased him onto a bus....other than this I am quite a mild mannered person

Whenever I see a midget, I have to point him/her out.
When my q-tip hits a particularly big gob of ear wax, I feel oddly triumphant. Like it's a minor accomplishment.
