What was that beast that haunted the france countryside?? I am looking to hear from other knowledgable people on this subject matter!

But to give you a rundown, some of the more popular theories say hyena, wolf/dog hybrid, an unusually large wolf or dog, and some even say it was a serial killer who managed to blame the attacks on animals.

could not of been a person because many attacks by this creature were actually public attacks.
