Well, i know during all the "hype" of area 51 that some of their projects were moved to the north-western desert of Utah. Dugway proving grounds is in that area. Dugway is a top secret area funded by the US govt. So, peer toward the skies og Utah and you may just see some interesting things...I know I have...

As for what i would ask them? I would ask for an Above Top Secret access badge that never expired so everytime i logged onto here, i'd just go find the truth...

I would ask if I could sit down on one of the locations where you could see the most from a distance furthest from the base, but still in the borderline and see if they could 'fly' something for a while in the area, just to see if 'outside' visitors show up.
