Hello all,

Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of this or has actually tried doing it themselves.

I tried this for the first time last friday and was kind of freaked out with what came up. I had a friend who is a medium help me through the first steps and when I started writting the names and things i drew were the same things that she was picking up. Now I was merely working with my guides, but I have seen and heard of people going to haunted place and trying this method.

I know alot of people may not think this as a relaible tool to work with ghosts , but try it some time you may be amazed with the results.

I cannot answer your question as I haven't the faintest idea what you are talking about. Have I tried what? You refer to "this method". What method? Please be more explicit. Lonecat rolleyes.gif

Please provide more information...sounds interesting but we need to know what is based on and how to practise it thumbsup.gif

i've seen automatic handwriting results that are complete squiggles, and people pick out a word and go oh yes it is the spirits.

im not sure about this kind of activity, too easily misinterpreted

To Richdog (government agent) You are very well named. If people are not allowed to choose from the smilies then you should either not offer them or widen your selection as there is not a lot to choose from. I do not wish to be told which ones are politically "correct in your eyes". Of which government are you an agent anyhow? lol I wish you well. Lonecat

To Bogeyman,

Thanks for the link. It is certainly worth following up as it contains a vast amount of information. I'd recommend others not to give up when they find you can't just click onto the link and get the site. You have to copy and paste it and then click onto it. It is worth seeing. Lonecat

I like the smilies. And not all of us know one method from another. Lonecat was asking a question, last I checked people were allowed to do that. If you want to help, why don't you explain it to us? mellow.gif

Alright, im not sure how much help this is going to be... but here we go. I have done automatic writing a couple of times. I too was working with a friend who was a medium. When you start trying automatic writing, its very confusing, and most of the time you doubt yourself. You're like, "well, its not the spirits talking through me, its just me writing down the first thing that comes to my mind" And thats really how it is when you start out. Thats how you train yourself to do automatic writing, and sooner or later you can stop thinking about the pen moving in your hand, and really concentrate on what the spirit is trying to tell you. As for my experiences with this... im still at the very beginning stage, where everything is pretty random, i have held some decent conversations with spirits through this way of communication. It take s some practice...

Well guys, from what I have heard about automatic writing from many sources is that is is as dangerous as using a Ouija Board, if not even more dangerous because you are actually giving the spirit partial control of your body. When you give the spirit partial control of your body you are giving it the starting necessary tool for it to " possess " you or haunt your life. The only way a spirit can come into control of your body is if you give it permission to and I believe that spirits require our permission to come into our plane, whether they be a demon or a wandering spirit. unsure.gif

From what I understand of automatic writting, you are just using your clairaudience to listean to what spirit or your guides are telling you. Meditation before doing this kind of works helps to protect yourself from negative entities. It is through meditation that you balance out your chakras and ground yourself.

I'm still pretty new to it aswell. I don't necessarily use it all the time , cause my clairaudience has developed quite a bit, but I think it's another neat tool to use.

You are right.

I have been doing automatic writing with the Spirits for about 20 years now and at first it was very scary but now I do it all the time even in my Journal and most of the time one of them will ask me to log on to unexplained mysteries or some other web page, and I never know what we are going to write until they write through me.

We will scan the Forum and sometimes we go through many then they will decide on something they want to answer and offer opinions on and I go with it.

One of the Reasons my entries have no punctuation unless I go back and edit a few in as pauses is because the Spirits doing automatic writing go so fast that the Punctuation is eliminated and quite often someone will remark on this.

I do reread things to make sure everything is alright because sometimes a word will be mispelled or like that.

If I can be of help to anyone who wants to do automatic writing or talk to spirits and write with them I will be happy to help.

I also have spirit guides around all the time talking to me and teaching me and we discuss many things then we will write about it later after they and I have discussed exactly what they want to project to the World.

They have taught me remote viewing and given me ideas for causes and cures for Diseases and helped me solve Murders and all sorts of things.
