I would say the interference on the camera as it smashs to the ground looks faked. Ive never used a camcorder but ive seen enough camera shows to say they go grey static when a metorite smashes into the ground a dozen feet away

could be wrong..what does everyone else think?
it looks awesome though! thanks for posting it

fake as hell, i deal with cameras and that is waaayy to good quality to be from a handcam, the lightings to proffesional. also the way the guy who holds the camera would have dropped it if a meteor hit like 3 metres in front of him. the impact looks computerised, adn the staticv is defiantely faked.
pretty cool tho! they did nice job

It's actually part of an American commercial for the 4x4 vehical you see near the end of the piece. (Can't remember if its for a Ford or maybe even a Toyota).

I was actually thinking something like that!
I said to my wife...
"the video looks more like its a commerail for that truck"
honestly.... how are we suppose to find proof of anything when toyota are evening faking them these days

Fake. First of all, meteors do not excelerate as they come. Second of all, the end made it look like a truck commercial.

i agree its a commercial, and i dont think iwth the impact the guy would get up so fast... and he would of dropped the camera, and the truck passed right by it... i mean i would of ogtten out or went reverse

Yeah, I think it was definitely fake, and likely part of a commercial, but not bad! I enjoyed it. The meteors arrival prior to impact definitely looks fake, in my opinion.

it looked kool.... but dont you think the people would have been thrown away a couple of meters and especially the truck.... i mean look at movies of army adn that happens iwth grenades... but again they are only movies... dont know in real life

Yep, that was exactly my second thought as well. Given the apparent size and magnitude of the impact, I seriously doubt that any of the people shown would be alive or not seriously injured. And the truck would likely have been pretty much destroyed.

Besides being thrown back a couple feet, wouldn't their be a bigger impact as well?
