Hello. I am attempting to learn TK. I have visited many websites, and the stuff is all the same to me. I have little results showing my abilities being devoloped, however, I continue to try. Everything is happening just as it should. My vision is narrowed to the object alone. I feel the metal becoming increasingly hot, but no results of bending at all. Can someone help? what am i doing wrong?

Eat some fruit right before doing it, A bananna should work perfectly.

It should give you just enough energy to perform TK.

Do you feel energy in your palms so you can do it with your hands? Or your mind? Try to work with just moving something without touching it instead of bending it. I bet anything else it does have to do with static. That is to my knowledge.
