Hey people, im not sure if this is really in the right section so mods feel free to move it if its not tongue.gif

I remember a couple of years ago in primary school the library used to have this book on all different kinds of creatures, monsters, legends etc...

That was a few years ago now (about 7 - 8) and i still cant remember the title of this book or find anywhere that would have a copy. The only things i can remember really is parts of the title, it was something like "the encyclopedia of creatures and monsters" or something like that. One other thing i remember is that it had a greenish cover on it. It was either a serpent like creature like lochness or something?

If anyone can help that would be great. Ive been wanting to read this book again for AGES but cant find it anywhere. If all else fails i think ill just go own to my old school and see if they have a record. I know they wouldnt have the book still because they sell off old books every year or so and when i read it it looked pretty damn old tongue.gif

Thanks in advance. original.gif

It's called Encyclopedia of Legendary Creatures by Tom Mcgowen, Illustrated by Victor G. Ambrus. printed by Rand McNally & Company. First printed in 1981 ISBN number 0-528-82402-3. 28 dollars is the cheapest i can find it. Bookfinder

The cover is white with a fire breathing dragon on all fours, very badly drawn i would say! but i cant draw either blush.gif

Hope that helps you
