The track is about the right size for a leopard. Too big for a bobcat or lynx and too small for a puma or anything larger. I think they were peoples pets. leopards were popular exotic pets in the 70s and 80s and with a big cat's extremely large hunting range it's possible that they will meet a mate with all the reports that are cropping up all over the UK.
