My girl is the first movie I remember crying on, when the girl insists "He can't see without his glasses" after her friend dies, what a tear jerker

i almost cried at the end of windtalkers. also, i saw this film about a kid that gets picked on because of his skin colour, and at the end this guy tells him to put his teeth on a curb on a road or he'll shoot him, the kid does and the other one stamps on his head, crushing his skull. i cant remember the name but it made me cry. at the time I never knew racism could go that far

My mother was actually against me watching as a child

It really did disturb me, I think it is the reason why I don't like sad films now.

Slingblade is an excellent movie, and sad.
The only movie I found that makes me cry every single time is Glory - black civil war soldiers. Lots of others that get me teary depending on my mood.
I am Sam made me mad, Green Mile - very sad. John Q too! American History X - extremely powerful movie.
Oops. I lied. The Color Purple makes me cry every time too.

Look, I started to cry when I saw the previews for the Platinum Edition Bambi DVD. And I'm not joking--- it had Thumper's voice at the beginning and that's all it took.
