Well, whenever I start utorrent, it always up loads like at 30 kb/s and downloads at like 1.1 and numbers around those... is this typical of toreents or am I just getting the b**** end of it? Heck, I'm uploading things I'm trying to get to, I don't have anything else to upload.
So, is this typical?

i'm on cable and the fastest a torrent has ever gone was at 66 kb/s, but that was once, it mostly sticks to the under 10 kb/s range, it all depends on who your downloading from (Peers) also where do you have your maximum upload speed to? try lowering it and it will increase your download speed (it was in the bittorrents faq)
