OK, so I bought a Network Adaptor from a friend so I can play PS2 online. Only problem is I don't have an Ethernet Cable. I looked around and I couldn't find any cheap ones. Does anyone know of the cheapest modem Ethernet cable and where the best place is to buy one?

You should be able to get one at any computer shop for less than 10 bucks. How cheap are you wanting?

Anything for 10 bucks or lower. The cheapest one they had at Circuit City was like 15 bucks. I would imagine they're all around the same price at other places too, but I could be wrong.
