Scary stuff to me. To think someone like Bush would have the power of God. This is from space.com a rather good website that doesn't post conspiracies & the like. Anyway, I could see the benefits but on the other had it could be more powerful than the a-bomb.

Seems like a waste to spend money developing it as a weapon. If you wanna screw over a country, we have nuclear torpedos that are meant to me shot at the seabed in a major harbor and forever change the landscape so ships can't go there anymore. Also, I'm sure that would have the desired consequences of the weather manipulation too. I would assume a nuclear explosion under water would heat the water, making a hurricane more likely. Might even make a tsunami, and plus, the water won't be very safe to drink either.

I disagree, I mean the potential for this being a weapon is phenomenal. I mean you could send a hurricane or create a hurricane on a country & they'd never even know. They could just think it was an act of nature. It not only has the potential to kill but it certainly has potential to cause economic chaos. The recent hurricane in the US is costing not only a few billion to clean up but a few more billion to help ensure the problem won't happen again.

What is the US Army testing it out on it's own people?? hmm.gif

The article states the military has interest in the technology & is researching the technology. It sounds like there was a plan to have control over the weather by 2025. It doens't sound too far fetched to me. The way technology is rapidly increasing.

I think they will control the weather before 2025.

^Well that will be just great for the rest of us then!

Doesn't seem plausable to me. I mean, even if it is developed, we know it is already. Don't you think someone out there will figure out something odd is happening when all the enemies of America start to experience natural disasters...

HAARP anyone?
sanchera1978
Exactly... I dont think HAARP is actually being used for what they claim. It's based off of Tesla research which has the potential to be used as a high frequency weapon. Tesla believed it was possible to use this method to prevent missles from being sent over to America. I think them messing with the Ionsphere is something that should be left alone. The earth works off of natural balances and the government sending high frequencies waves into the ionsphere doesnt seem like something we should be doing.

Heres a link if anyone is interested in it.

Here's a link to their offical site.
