Agreed Amy. I believe his Pride, Fame, and greed all got a hold of him. This can happen when doing demonology. I found demonology is all about power and knowledge, and it leads you towards that road. Power through money, fame, knowledge and wisdom can all lead to damnation. One must follow a very tight path to not cross the borders when re-searching such material.

1) "Demonology" is spelt dAemonology. the word "daemon" comes from Greek for "messenger. Daemons are actually simply forms of pure energy that are stuck between this realm and "the Underworld" (so to speak). The conversion of the spelling came about in the 16/17th Century when Catholics re-spelt it as "demon" which is specifically created to carry an evil connotation. 2) Belial is one of the forms of Lucifer. There are 4 forms: "Lucifer, Satan, Leviathon and Belial". more info. at www.dpjs.co.uk.

Daemon is the spelling of Demon before the 19th Century. It's the exact same thing, just a different spelling. The underworld that you speak of, and the "messanger" that you speak of is through Greek Mythologys view on demons. However, when the Catholic Church "adopted" it's information, things of course did change.

The Book of Enoch goes against what you are saying. The book of Enoch talks about the fall of angels from heaven, and their damnation. Talks about how god sent his angels to earth to punish the fallen angels for interferring with humans.

And whats this about Lucifer, Satan, Leviathon, and Belial all being the same entity. They are all different Demons. The only ones that can be seen as the same are Satan and Lucifer, but that depends on the specific Demonologist's own discretion. Belial is the demon of trickery and Sodomy, and is 3rd ruler of hell. Leviathon ?, do you mean Leviathan ? the behemoth that lives in the ocean, that was told about in the book of enoch, and by Job in the bible ?. If you want to associate all those Demons with Satan, you forgot Marduk, Beelzebub ( according to the keys of solomon, which Im ASSURED you read being a daemonologist ) , Hades, and Hel.

The last time I checkd the extracts that I have read in recent times - the Book of Enoch has said differently. However, generally - I am not very mch of a script reader. I research things.

Daemons got changed to "demons" in the 16/17th Century. And, yes, the connotations did change. If you do the correct translation of the work "daemon" into English from Greek it means "messenger". If you ask any Catholic priest what a "demon" is - they will tell you, and what they say about the "demon" wnt be nice.

As for the entities of Satan... well... I apologise for my misinformity. However, both you (Azalin) and myself are wrong. They are actualli Crown Princes - and the information on one being higher than the other is correct... however, I see them from a different perspective. As far as I am aware: they are equal to each other, even tho. they are said to be in a hierarchy. The philosophies behind Satanism is that there is no authority, thus hierarchy. Admittedly some daemons/crown princes have higher powers than each other and so forth. However, I see that the 4 crown princes in the same "relationship" as Greeks considered war and love to be 2 sides to the same coin. As for the scriptures, i dnt waste my time. Yes demons are arranged in a hierarchy, just like the angels in heaven. The hierarchy is consisted with European century, and obviously so, since demons came about 16 - 17 century, during the King Age. The Hierarchy goes like the following

Emporer, King , Prince, Duke, Count, Baron, Lord, and Sir. ( also in there can be Emporess, Queen, Princess, dutchess, countess, and baroness.)

In many passages, yes, Satan is referred to as "The Prince of Darkness" but his appropriate title can be the Emporer of Hell, or the King of Hell. Hence why Belial is the " Prince of Trickery", and Merihim is the "Prince of Pestilence", and Beelzebub " Prince of Flys" (also Lord of flys, but hence prince is a higher stature, most demonologists refer to him as Prince.)

Demons have a hierarchy, because they are angels. Hell is not an un-organized pit of chaos. Tt's no different then heaven accept it's full of fallen angels that built their own house, because they don't want to live under Gods roof and his rules. Satan / Lucifer is the ruler, because he started the rebellion, and all of his "friends" followed him to damnation believing he was right when he challenged Gods authority. If you want some great information on this, read " The lesser or Greater keys of Solomon ". Read the book of Enoch for sure, like you stated. Also, if you have time, read the Lemegeton, or the Sefer Raziel, supposively written by the Angel Raziel, good information.

Actually yes Third Angel, however demonologists do not use the term to associate it with hell. "Praesident" is the world your looking for, which is french latin for "President" or "Preside" over a group. So in calling Satan the President of hell, that would be probable, but in todays age Presidents are seen as rulers of republican states.
