ive just spotted my 2nd UfO , first one i spotted was over 10 years ago.
this is the only one ive seen since then, i was out looking at the stars which i always do if its a clear night and saw this bright twinkling light which i first thought to be a star but then it started moving to the left, my inital thought was that it was just a airplane or a helicopter but then it just shot upward in a vertical climb and kept going until it was out of sight. it was grease lightning quick.
what do you people reckon this was? as i havnt a clue. it was a very cool sight to see

So what your telling us is that you saw something in the sky that you couldn`t identify!
Or are you saying that you saw spaceships from another planet?
You can`t have it both ways.

Interesting sighting you had there, weasel. I'm glad you didn't jump to the conclusion that it was an alien space craft.
This is, IMHO, how a UFO should be reported.

I saw a UFO (literal meaning) yesterday, it was pretty strange, it was during the day, probably around 4-5 pm. Anyway i was looking up at the sky, and i saw this thing moving acrossed the sky, at first i thought it was a plane, or jet... but it had NO smoke trail, and completely silent (i have good hearing, and i am surrounded by mountains where i live, so silence with aircrafts just doesn't happen here). It was white-ish kind of a cylindrical/cigar shape (which was not what i was expecting to see, the classic saucer shape is what i was actually looking for). It was moving pretty damn fast, and from what i could tell was fairly high up in the sky (higher than any plane flies around here - not to draw any conclusions or anything...) i was in awe for a what seemed like minutes but was probably about 10-15 seconds... I then realized that i should get a picture of it, so i ran inside and got my digital camera, and when i got back it was just a spec in the sky... There was something about the way it disappeared, it didn't vanish behind a cloud like a plane usually does, it kind of faded off into the sky, i thought it was a very interesting experience...
Oh yeah and i always see these blinking lights at night that look like stars at first but then start moving on their own, i don't know what to think of these things so i just consider them an everynight kinda thing... but this daytime UFO was interesting... any similar experiences?

Yeah i dont jump to conclusions and instantly think its a alien spacecraft, if i cant id it then its a ufo .
but ive never seen any aircraft shoot upwards like that before. as for colour it was the same colour as the stars and twinkling also. it looked exactly like a star until it started moving , i couldnt make out shape to it as it was too high up in the sky.

My first sighting was over 10 years ago, as i recall whatever it was seemed quite low as the lights on it filled my bedroom as it went over my house.
my window was open and there was also no sound either, the colour of the lights were green and red it seemed very strange to me for some reason i dont know why but as far as im concerned it was a ufo because i couldnt identify the thing

I don't want to put a dampener on your sighting. I also have seen two Unidentified objects. That said I was in the Air Force and seen Standard Aircraft do some amazing thing. An F-16 flying low suddenly hitting the afterburners is a sight worth seeing. Especially at night! New pilots are all ways on training missions so allot of Ufos are really our own Sky Jockeys having fun. At an air show once I seen a visiting MiG-29 balance vertically, hovering in place on it's tail. So by all means keep looking up. If it's not a visiting space ship , it my still be Darned interesting!

Yes it very well could have been. I saw one about 2 months ago and it was a very dark cylinder looking thing. Looked like an almost black big lead pipe and was very long. It was the size of a 747 but had no wings and no lights or windows on it anywhere. And the strangest thing was it moved very very slowly.

ya true but this thing was moving straight to the left then in a instant it shot upwards no climb to get into that position it just changed from moving in a straight direction and went straight up and kept going until it was out of sight , it just didnt seem normal to me.
maybe it was a black ops craft i just dont know but ive never know of any aircraft that can change direction like that in a split second. but then again i dont know what these black op crafts can do either

well black op crafts or any craft or current technology we have is able to do that, unless the government and world leaders are keeping secret crafts that are able to do al these things but wont tell anything about it to the public officially, but i doubt that, we will find out this 1 day, we will find everything out, just need to wait.
in my view....
its time to wake up, alien spacecraft has been spotted so many times, and i know some are fake but still, they have, spotted by satellites and satellits dont lie, and stupid people cant fake spaceships outside of our atmosphere, this crap about "are we alone on the universe, we ever gonna see em, etc?" get real, they are here now, maybe not made contact (dont know, maybe with government but not telling us?), there is a lot of stuff the government deny but exists and they dont tell the public for 1 reason or another so it could be that they are not telling us things about aliens? anyway maybe they havent made contact but sightings are not officially released but they have been spotted.
perfect example would be this tv program i was watching, it showed satellite video image, it showed a few satellites and rocks etc, then suddenly this 1 thing that looked like a round thing (could be a rock/meteor and looked like one) suddenly shot off at a 90 degree angle away from the earth at amazing speed, now that is impossible for any meteor or rock to do as a meteor in space canot change direction or speed in a vaccum unless it is disturbed by another force (such as gravity) but it couldnt turn at 90 degrees at that speed, its impossible and its impossible for our current spacecraft to accomplish definately, that is a real sighting and its time to wake up.
I will look for this video and post it on here shortly.
take care.

i know what video your talking about. It was a overview of the earth, and you could see this light come in, and right as it started to get close to us, what appeared to be a laser, shot at it, and the UFO jolted out of the way with unbelievable speed, right?
I also agree with some of what you said, about already being in posession of evidence, but dismissing it. It is a cycle we get something...the next thing you know, a website claims to have proof (which in most cases is circumstantial evidence) that it was a hoax...It gets old REAL fast...

...hmmm a UFO??? I have seen and heard a few the past couple years... The first time I had only heard the UFO... I woke up in the middle of the night and heard a sound I have never heard before... My dad and I talked about it the next day and he too heard the same sound... another time I seen a UFO... I went to the movies to watch Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory... after the movie my boyfriend and I got picked up by a couple friends and headed out to a bon fire... Which is by my house. When we were on a road by woods... there was an open area where we seen a UFO(what looked like a airplane from a distance) just hovering over the same spot... So we turned down a road to see what it was(without my agreement to do so cause I didn't really want to)... when we did that... it started foating up a little and then zoomed past up above us to the west... We noticed it wasn't an airplane for a couple reasons... One airplanes don't just float up vertically, 2 they don't make a wierd sound when flying, three when it was up above us I noticed that it was triangular shaped... Somedays that I wish I had a camera with me...

I had a simular experiance, yet more terrifiying.
I awoke to hear a humming noise. I got out of bed and stubed my toe. I walked around trying to find out what the noise was, until my eyes wanderd off to the side. I saw a bright star on the horizen moving up, down, left , right, all of it's movemesnt where to fast for any thing I know exists. Shortly after I began wachting it, it disaperd (oh and the humming noise was the micro wave heating up beans).
The next day I woke up to a high picheted shrill. I went to the front door when I saw several of my neibors looking into the sky. I asked them what they where looking at form the porch, while one of them pionted his finger up. I saw the exact same thing the day before but at the end it came very low and then disapered over Mt.Lemon.

i had a ufo experience, i guess. this is scary for me. this happened on the navajo reservation in a canyon where only my one uncle still resides. this place is all family owned land by my late grandparents. it is very rural, i do not think much people in town or anywhere know of it. of course, there are plenty of scary things on the reservation, right? so anyway this was last year on fourth of july early morning about 4 a.m. there were about 11 of us, me and my cousins. so we were camping the night before 4th of july out in the canyon near my late grandfather's house (surrounded by streams, dunes, cornfield and trees). i mean, this canyon is like sedona, but a bit smaller just a bit. and our family has it share of hauntings, skin-walker stories and i guess witch-crafting which is scary every-time i go near the canyon. there are people who try to witchcraft our family with skin-walker, etc.( a long story...) anyway, with the history already, we were all hanging out and most of everyone was asleep. just 5 of us were still awake. we had bought fireworks from new mexico and were lighting them all night in the canyon, because ya know, is it illegal here in arizona. we would flash our flashlights on and off perhaps to see if we can attract any skin-walkers too. we were doing a bit star gazing and looking with binoculars to see if we can find any ufos. also, cooking, telling stories, etc. then at exactly, 4:50 am, where we were flashing the flashlight and while we were still lighting huge fireworks, there was a white light above the rocks, just on the tip of the rim that appeared. you could say it was about 1-2 miles away from where we were. we were looking at it and just figured it was a vehicle parked up there somehow or people hiking or camping out. but then again, how can you get up there anyway except from the other side near town, but is very rugged and very little chance. so, we lit a couple more huge fireworks and the light seem to move a bit. it rose upward off the rock and minutes later, another smaller light came out from it on the right side and appeared to have many colors in it. this light on the side was twinkling with all different colors. we knew then it was not somebody holding a light or a vehicle. we got scared a bit and woke everyone up. the original light started going in circles for awhile and rose higher. we all screamed and jumped into one tent. the little kids were scared and about to cry. just then the original light started descending into the canyon towards us slowly but not too slow. we knew it was passing into the canyon as it passed the rock horizon. it created a white glow around it and sort of got a bit larger. the other light remained above the canyon walls. when the light descended, we got scared and grabbed the dogs, kids, the tent and put them in the back of the two trucks. we put out the camp fire and hauled butt out of there with the headlights off, thinking it could not see us. while we were driving off recklessly and scared we could see the light approaching closer and when we got further down the dirt road behind a big rock, my cousin stopped his truck and got out. we stopped my truck and we all yelled at him and tried to tell him to leave and let's get out of here. but he wanted to stay and was fascinated by the sighting and told us "what if we never get to experience something like this again, don't you wanna see what it is?" everyone did not agree and some of us were saying a ufo, ghost light, a spirit, etc. i got scared and when i looked at the light closer it looked like a human figure that glowed and was floating downwards. were we stopped, was when the light seemed to be where our campsite was. we all took off again. we all agreed that when you looked closely at the light behind the glare around it, there was a huge black outlining or object behind it like a space ship, i guess. we hurried and tried to make it back into town, by then the sun was rising. we were now on the other side of the canyon wall almost 1/2 the way to the main highway, when again the light rose over the canyon wall and was again above us and headed toward us. the kids were crying, i was frantic and scared. the sun appeared just then and the light stopped and idled for a few minutes, then started fading into the sky slowly until it disappeared quickly at once. we wondered if the daylight had something to do with them leaving, i don't know. heading back into town there were two vehicles parked beside the road, and people pointing in the sky toward where the light disappeared. we assumed they saw the light too. the next day at the family dinner we told all our relatives and asked my aunt, who was on police shift that night, if she or anyone at the police department saw anything. she said no. some people were saying funny remarks and did not believe us, but we knew and had numbers that what we saw was unusual, maybe a ufo, but definitely something out of this world. lol. my dad was saying independence day just happened. weird, huh?
