hi guys,

I was wondering if you guys could give me some tips for a song that im writing for delta goodrem. im having trouble with getting the right lyrics. i need some tips or inpiration. I hope by some miracle the lyrics would be done by deltas birthday. but i dont think id be counting on it. its only 2 or 3 days away. so i dont think it will happen. But who knows. we will see.

oh great here i go again with my song writing for delta. im now working on a third song for her. its called when your so far from home. ill post it here when im done with the lyrics.

Don't get too upset by this song please. I'm sure she's a very nice singer. I just don't like her, and think she gets way more coverage than she deserves. if she never had Hodgkins, I doubt she'd be no.1 (all power to the Media, I guess)

Delta Goodrem is a lovely songbird, and also the woman in the avatar.
Haven't heard her music, but I can attest she is QUITE easy on the eyes.

if liars ARE nice, then you go ahead and believe them...... im just giving you advice on how to improve your music...they sound like boring melodies... and if thats your way of spicing music up.... then what type of music skills have you been thought... sorry to say but your high school choir lessons, vocal lessons, arts and performance camps did not pay off very well..... and just to let you know.. in life you are going to be criticized here and there and the only thing you can do is try harder..proove them wrong by attempting to triumph for the best... if you cant take the advice given now then it prooves how immature you are and how far away from fame you will be..... dont sleep in your tears that you only grow weaker....dont fall behind ...take as much adivice as you can for it will only make you better.... and never believe you are the best or that you have finished your master piece... because nothing is ever finished.. it can only be improved..and only then will i consider you talented....

write music for yourself...not other people

You've got a nice voice McKenna,it reminded me of Nico/Velvet underground tune for some reason.The songs werent really my thing,sounded a bit samey,sorry, but had nice melodies and stuff,a bit too religous too.
It sounds like you need to let go more.You have a nice voice,just get more confident with it IMO.You should write a rock song about what an ass Byan McFadden is.

sorry for saying your Delta Goodrum song lyrics were creepy,to me they are,but its hardly constructive critisism so I shoulda kept my fingers off.
