Not downing on anyone, but are you only social with people who study the same things as you? That group of people isn't really.....socially adapt. In my opinion of course XD...
Scientists aren't the best people to look at and "chill" with. =P
I was just saying that it seems like these people are constantly studying or debating, that they never seem to have time to 1. Be social, 2. Not be what society calls a "geek".
I know we need to accept people more, but come on now. >.>
o0o0o ... Hey!!!

I study Meteorology and I am so0o0o far from being a geek - I took the "Nerd Test" and got 4, lol.

I have lots of friends whom I socialise with - none are into the same thing (Meteorologically speaking) but we share loads of other interests. I'm fun to be around and I love to have a good time. I don't spend all hours indoors studying.

Yes learning everday and studying- reading etc. Is awesome. I might be a geek or whatever but I have always been. But I do have friends to that do not like the same things. They think I am eccentric. But I just do the things they like. Then I talk to older people about the more educational topics. Sometimes talking about the same things gets old. So you talk about other things- evolution, spirituality, ghosts, loch ness monster. Even if we cannot prove them we can still try.

^ Yes, that's right. I love to learn, but it's good to be into things that include your friends too, even if it's not your thing. Just because I have a big interest in something, doesn't mean that I can't learn/investigate theories and answers to other things.
You may have noticed that I don't believe in God, lol,

but I still have an interest in other peoples' thoughts on this subject and have friends who DO believe - YES! I can involve myself in other things too.
But I'm NOT A GEEK!!!!!!!!<333
