You lack confidence. I can tell because your pencil strokes are very very light, and it makes it hard to make out what you're drawing. Know exactly what it is you're drawing and how you want to show it, and follow that up by a good solid line. You can use very light lines like this for little bits of detail you want to show, but your outlines have to be strong and unquestionable.

You are young, though, and this should come with time and practice. yes.gif

The creative force is strong with this one.

Oh, thats because I'm going to color them with color pencils, and pencil lines do not look good with that original.gif
That paper won't hold up to paint....I wonder if I can Scan my canvases...

Here's a Pic of an Oil I did 2 years ago...
I kinda had to crop it because it couldn't fit on my scanner.
For some reason, I can't find any of my other oils and watercolours...Ill get back to you when I find them.

Thanks...I am looking for all of my other drawings, but can't find them!!!

Yeah, but you said that painting was a couple years old, which would have made you twelve when you painted it, no?
frogfish

The front of the frog is so realistic, I feel encouraged to post my charcoals. original.gif
frogfish

I will but I don't know how to get the charcoal to stay on the paper and not get onto the scanner. Spraying it won't work....
frogfish
