yeah same here.
I jsut used "the world meditation center" website. And altered some of theirs. I just experiment now and I found one thing, but lets just say that I haven't done that one thing since then. something happened that I wasn't expecting and then I said something that I would never say, (though I did say it). And....
...but thats a little off topic.
some tips:
1)Keep your spine straight.
2)eyes closed or open, but don't look around or anything like that. If your eyes are open look downward mabey 6 feet in front of you or closer
3)don't try not to think. It will only make you think a lot.
4)have regular breathing, deep, but not so much as it puts a strain on you.
5)you can say a mantra (repeat the same thing over and over like ohm for example) different mantras work for different people.
