Lately there has been nothing but ads for Loans and Insurance that have invaded our screens.

I can't stand the Elephant.co.uk, Ocean Finance, Anything with Lynda Barker in it, Macdonalds,Lovin It grrrrrr and finally the Picture it Loans ad where the guy is on the phone to Picture and his wife is filming it all on her camcorder, talking about the weather & football WTF!!

Its not so much the content of the commercial that these companies try and get across to you, but the fact that you are discussing their commercials and can remember their names is their objective. You have just fallen into their trap.

The ads I hate most are those that subvert our traditional values (I'm a traditional kind of guy).

So that Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes ad with the dude who's committing adultery, I think that's a crap ad.

THe one for a plasma TV (can't remember the brand[ the ad didn't do its job]) where the guy is supposed to have stolen his next door neighbours TV, that's a crap ad.

Yeah, those are the ones that immediately spring to mind.

Double mint twin commercials are the worst right now.

I would have to say that McDonald's commercials are pretty bad- because they try way too hard to be a part of a culture that doesn't think of McDonalds as anything more than what it is-the McDonalds corporation suffers from delusions of granduer---

I think that all comercials are funny especialy that cox comercial for the DVR the one that parodies the eharmony comercail i LOVE that comercail The guy says are you ready for the love of your life and then it shows a couple that says we talk all the time and never even worry about a single call and then the man gose finaly talk to you hearts content. Lofl that is so funny.

I hardly watch tv, so I don't have any commercials in mind. I do, however, agree that McDonalds is trying way too hard to become trendy. There's nothing fashionable about McDonalds and every one knows that.

Yeah, the McDonald's "Dollar Menuaires" is downright stupid. What's funny is how they must blow millions on commercials every year when they have a store on every street corner. Are the TV commercials really necessary? No. Their marketing department should be wiped out and started again from scratch.

Cillit Bang is so annoying "HI I'M BARRY SCOTT!!!!!!!!" AAAaaaaaaaaagggghhhh where's the remote! Not.... quick enough!

The new mcdonald's commercial where they show a little girl dressing in funny outfits and the mom says something like "what goes on the tummy isn't as important as what goes in it" then they go to Mcdonalds and the point of the commercial is to show how mcdonalds is healthy.

Late night commercials where you can call a 1-800 number to talk to "live local girls"

Commercials for schools where you can learn video game development...but they show the students developing a game using a PS1 controller and a TV, with the "soundtrack box" between them...everybody knows that you have to use a computer to make games.

The commercial for some watch company that basically tells you that your watch defines who you are and not your car or suit.

Video game commercials that only show the CG movies of the game and not the actual gameplay.

PS3 commercials...the one with the baby. I guess the point of the commercial was to tell us that the PS3 makes babies cry...great marketing.

My favorite commercials are the Burger King commercials where the dad is the whopper and the son is the Whopper Jr and is going on the dollar menu and the Geico commercials with the cavemen.

I detest the smilin' Bob, *spam filter* commercials! ICK! I hate that man with a passion...not the rolling in the hay type ones either!

Ones for "femine products" of any kind! I really don't want to hear about how fresh the products keep you! Give me a break!

One that you'll find only on the SciFi Network...ones for Battlestar Galactica! Best drama? Excuse me? But I thought this was supposed to be a sci-fi program, not "the best drama on tv"!!! I hate it so much that I don't make an effort to watch the show any more.

WWE commercials! They use some great music, but THEY SUCK!!! Who buys into that bs anywhos? If they pay dumb ole K-Fed...that shows how bad they are.

Same about the McD's. Just innoying to me...course I've never liked them anyways. There are others, but my brain is not properly functioning right at the moment.

The TV advertisements for the movie Primevil....I think they are false advertisement or atleast very misleading, anyone who has sen the movie knows what I mean. If you haven't seen the movie please don't see it ever in any form.

Worst Advert

I know alot of people hates this advert but I really do hate the sound and acting of this kid on it.

Somebody just needs to poach Tony the Tiger and make him into a coat or a rug or something! I hate cereal commercials...for god sakes give the bunny his tricks and those kids need to learn that steeling form a leprachaun isn't smart...im forget about his lucky charm cereal, he has a pot of gold somehwere! Don't even get me started on the bird or the captain.

I hate this guy. This stuff is the North American version of Cillit Bang.

Just saw a Coke commercial I liked... but the ones I don't like are generally Any of the ones that have the volume turned up louder than the program I'm watching. Don't care who or what they're selling those loud ones make me cringe.

How about the coke commercials that show the actors drinking from the glass bottles? You know those glass bottles that they stopped making decades ago. Coke comes in cans or plastic bottles! So show your actors drinking them...or bring back the glass bottles.

Those slomming ones are pretty ridiculous.

Some people start slomming as a social thing. During lunch or whatever but I probably wouldn’t do it by myself.

Esurance- cartoon chick with the pink hair.

American Express Business Card- the only part that drives me batsh** crazy is when the blond girl says she wants six tickets for Tokeo. I'm not sure why.

Visa Check Card- all the people in the deli spinning around in circles before everything comes to a screaching hault because some poor schmuck wants to pay with cash.

Pretty much any Burger King commercial with the dingus in the King outfit.

Any commercial for mood altering prescription drugs for one ailment or another that tells us to "tell your doctor you want fill in the blank"
