I recently went and seen a psychic and she was very accurate in what she told me.

What is everyone elses opinions?

I can't say I've met any psychics that did any readings or performed any experiments for me, so I can't make a firsthand statement, but I believe most that make a living by their trade, including celebrities, are frauds.

i think everyone might have the ability to be psychic, well, almost anyone, because maybe mentally retarded people can't.
I think our brains know the future. i think past present and future is a video tape in your head. de ja vu is a small snippet of that movie. so what prevents us? Our subconscious. Deep down we are very very scared of the future, scared to see how we, our friends and relatives will die. this fear is natural and immense and engraved in our subconscious. So the subconscious prevents the other part of your brain from playing the tape for itself. i think if you become really, really calm and really believe in your psychic powers, you may very well be able to unlock them. now we have the problem: if you see the future and it is bad you would like to change it, logically. But first we have to think which future will you see? there are millions of futures to see, because there are billions of people who each have their own unique future. im guessing you can only see one at a time, probably only the one you focus on. I think because the chemicals in your brain have always been in the universe ( or since they were created ) and will always be ( until destruction of the universe and them ), they sort of might know the past and present and future. Those chemicals that are theoretically faster than light ( if they do exist ) ( they are called tachyons ) might be inside the human brain.

I have once tried a psychic exersize. I took 3 cards ( same size and colour ) and drew a circle, square and triangle on each seperately. i shuffled them in my hands with my eyes closed and tried to predict which one i would see every time i turned a card around. i actually had quite a success rate in predicting the right future results. but i noticed that if my concentration lessened just a little i soon predicted the wrong card. concentration is really really important.

this is all just theory ( except 4 the experiment ) so no one should take me too seriously. The exersize was very "draining", i dont know if it was very good for me. if you try this stuff at home be careful, it is unknown territory. If any real psychics want to comment or help me, please feel free to do so.

I know this is a really old post. No I dont care. I went to a psychic woman before my exhusband and I got married. Now it all seemed like she was legit. she told us that we would help people because they would see how much we loved each other and want to know how to make their relationships work and that would make us known around the world. I was supposed to be tempeted by a dark haired man from my past but my love for my husband would not let things get too far. Well if you want to call the pain and torment I went through after I married the loser love then hey thats all you. What really happened. I got the crap beat out of me on a daily basis and ect. bla bla well he finally shoved his mistress in my face and hes with her now. I didnt meet any damn dark haired man. I love dark haired men though. Maybe thats what the ho was reading off me. Well thanks alot physic woman. I think I will leave the soul mate bs alone and just die alone but very happy. stupid psychic.

I know of this Doctor and Pharmacist who were diluting cancer drugs in order to make money. They got caught, but not before they had spent about 10 years engaged in doing this. It sounds hello like you met a person like this, to be clear and in all probability you did not meet a Psychic, just someone who claimed to be one.

To be clear the Doctor and Pharmacist who did what I explained above did go to school and had licenses but given there behavior they really were not what they claimed to be.

You probably met a real reader, but time will surely tell.
You're supposed to follow your heart at any rate, to find the reader you feel is right for you.

We all technically read energy. it's instinctual to survival. but there a bunch who study it, and charge affordable fees so they can still survive, and give insights.

I think those that charge an arm and a leg, are suspect, until they have clearly earned their reputation as a solid reader.

I have been read by a few, actually, and they were excellent.
But I don't think getting readings should be a habit.
You don't want to stop living and getting a reading every timeyou make a move (some people do this!)...Then you make it a crutch.
