hi, whilst discussing half life 2 with my friend, i thought "what if half life was a movie, it would be ace!" I wanted to know what you think of this, will it be great, or a bag of s**t?

No , the story was specifically made to be played through and it did a fine job . Half life doesnt need to be ruined by hollywood .

It COULD be good..but I dont think they could pull it off. Leave it to the game world please.

It needs to stay as a game. I just know a movie would be terrible.

Whats wrong with HL1? That would make a good story to, but it would still get screwed up.

Until Hollywood have actually churned out more than one or two decent video-game movies than its best to leave such a good game as just a game.

I'd watch it.
