Could someone tell me if this is real?
chaoserver
Looks kind of added to me... And does'nt look like anything special so I'd guess fake but Im not a pro with photography, just my humble opinion.
rose_ashes
it could easily be duplicated in any decent graphics program.

Sometimes when I photograpgh stuff at night in cold weather, my steamy breath will show up on camera. Maybe thats what this could be?
chaoserver
^ possibility, but if you look it does'nt seem to be the same texture as steam, though the fact it's a picture might have changed that.

Sorry if I dissapoint you, but I know a lot about photo editing and I have about 5 programs in my computer right now that could make something like that appear in a picture. Or it could be a lens flare/trick of the light or something of that nature.

Eather that or cigarett smoke caught in the flash.
Ice storm
It looks put in (in my opinion) but you never know original.gif

I don't smoke.

This just has to be one of those, "let's see if those idiots fall for this one" photos. Just like some do those UFO fake ups and post them here and rejoice when they get someone to believe it to be the real thing.
RavenCraft
I can't really make an assesement cause I don't know where this photograph was taken or by whom... can you please provide more information.

I have to agree with others, alot of what people think is ghostly phenomenon is easily explainable. Could be cigarette smoke, steam coming off someone's breath, done in photoshop etc. It's the same thing with orbs, most of the time it's dust or water droplets.

why don't you see if its fake or not for us then?

Looks foggy, maybe the flash reflected off of some of it?

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be seeing - the stuff that looks like condesation in the top of the photo? I would be more impressed with a ghostly visage in one of the windows, oh well. sad.gif

After looking at it at length I personally see no signs of anything paranormal. It is clearly a real picture however wink2.gif
darkknight
tree leafs overexposed.....
bloodyfish
I go to photography class. It looks like you took a photo of a strong lamp.
jonb
a strong lamp? you must mean the patch to the top left where it is way overexposed, thats from the flash hitting the thing in front of the lens coming back too strong and the camera overexposing it.

it looks like its a real photo to me, no reason to doubt it because what can we say it is a photo of? certainly not anything ghostly in my opinion, why fake a picture like that, it would be like putting in an 'orb' in a photo.
possibly condensation of breath, mist, bad film, anything
