ok i live in Illinois, and i live really close to Dayton... well my friend Ben
told me this story.. here it goes

Theres alot of weird activity in the feilds near south-west Dayton, the fields/forest's are usally filled with weird people and wut not, and theres a cult house somewere in a field, well my friend Ben and his friend Blake, and maybe 3-4 other people went out into these fields to get high, and Blake started telling him about how they ran into a little boy once, that said he couldn't find his mom, and next thing they no the boy was gone...

Any way as they sat there and smoked they heard a little boys voice, and movement coming from the other side of this wooden fence, there stand a 9 year old boy with a crop scythe!

and he starts chasing them but they finally got to the road, and the turned around and he was gone

ok..

and year later they took me up there, and all that happened was we heard please help me find my mommy and we started to run before he came out with a scythe.. idk if its Ben, that made the kid hostile.. cuz when ben wasn't with us the time i was taken up there nothing happened nor didn't anything happen to Blake

please give me some feedback!

well the only thing i've heard about the feild is there is alot of people that gather there.. idk much.. that theres a creepy house near it and thats it =/

I'm not an expert on drugs, but are you sure that getting high had no effect on you maybe hallucinating?

Eh, I think the smoking may have had alot to do with the whole scythe scene.
And the time you went up there, maybe someone you were with made the noise to try and freak you out?

Viscuos, I don't have any input on your story, but I visited Illinois last year and I have to admit that all that corn can be pretty creepy, especially when the sun is going down and you're slightly, um, lost. BTW, do you know the Illinois song? My friend's son taught it to me. It goes:

Maybe its just some kid who knows you guys go there to get high so he's trying to mess with your heads while you're vulnerable and hallucinagetic. I know I'd do something really freaky to scare the guys I knew were getting high. You know, like what Scarecrow did in Batman: he would spray laughing gas or something and then put on that mask to really freak the people out.

well smoking pot does not give hallucinations. UNLESS it is laced with a chemical substance.
Maybe the field is haunted. Perhaps the small boy was trying to reach out to you... or maybe he felt threatened by your friend who reminded him of someone in his past life.... I dunno *shrug*

he's right you know. even if that stuff was chronic you probobly couldnt think of whack things such as a kid with a scythe chasing the hell out of you there.

I'd say the story was created in order to freak you out.... place it in your head... get a couple people in on it and it's a great practical joke ....
