You can see such things almost every day on the Japanese telly, they are nuts!
YATTA means something like :'Great !'

Those are fairly famous Japanese comedians. It's hilarious, but I've never seen that before. I'm sure they showed it after midnight

Yatta! means All Right! if I remember correctly. they were on the Jimmy Kimmel show too.
