I've been trying to upload a new avatar for the past 30 mins. The size changes, but the prior avatar picture remains the same. Can this be fixed please. Thanks.

But you have a new avatar. It changed from the black-haired cartoon to the blonde-haired.

Yeah, for some reason you can't see the change right away, but every one else can. That has happened every time I've changed my avatar.

That's a problem with your browser's cache. If you still can't see the new one, right click on your avatar, copy the URL of the image and load it into a new browser window. Then press F5 or 'refresh' a couple of times until it changes.
