I've seen the movie as well, I kind of liked it, for the simple fact that it had tons of Israeli actors in it and it was hilarious to see them acting in an holywoodian movie

.
It was pretty long though... and it attmepted in some lame way to show the two sides as equal, by attempting to make Mossad as targetting it's own people.
You could also see Spielberg's own identity crisis quite clear in this movie - between being a Jew, but not neccesarily being pro-Israeli. There were some scenes where he attempted to make Jews look very good and moral, while at the same time emphasizing that Israel isn't all that good...
I doubt if many understood some of the inner jokes in this movie, quite understanble to Israelis (like the part where Avner is being called "Yekke" by the Mossad's clerc... and the obssesion that the Mossad recruiter had with baqlawas

).
Overall though, as I said in the beginning, I kind of liked it.
A good piece of fictional conspiracy work
