CANOPUS ADVC-110 ANALOG/DIG CONV
The Canopus ADVC110 is ideal for capturing analog video and outputting it from your computer.
Price: $269.95
Theres no way I can afford that, if anyone can find a way to do this that does not cost over 100.00 let me know, other wise I'll just keep looking.
The other site with the tech guys, I'll go to it later today and see what they say.
This really bothers me though, I'm doing my best to get this stuff to you guys as soon as possible.

Basic solution for getting audio from tape to pc
requirements audio jack to audio jack cable and 'sound recorder' on your pc (found in programs>accesories>entertainment of your start menu)
First of all setup the 'line in' channel for the recording by opening the volume control (double click the speaker on your bottom right or you can find it where you found sound recorder) in windows, options>properties>click recording tab and in the window below make sure line-in is checked>ok, now the volume controls you see are for the recording inputs

check line-in and put the recording volume slider up to full.
Plug your jack to jack cable into tape recorder on 1 end and the other into the 'line-in' socket of your pc.
Now load up Sound recorder, press record in sound recorder and play the tape recorder with your evp tape in, voila!
Video requires any standard tv card or tv usb adapter which is alot cheaper than a canopus decoder. won't go into details about this due to the gui (graphical user interface) being different depending on the tv adapters software

Hope this helps.
If youve already got it on the pc then try tripod.com for free webhosting, its straight forward and the size limit for uploads is reasonable, running outta space you can simply create another web-space with them
