There are many things unfolded before us and its really amazing
that we heard and read and watch them also in the movies, but
mans imagination is just a glimpse of reality not known to us.

mike^_^
should we be concerned that the website is called paleoshilling ?

either way it's good to see updates on the iranian skeleton, because I was under the impression this was part of the shadow of colussus hoax
Celumnaz
Shilling is the guys name.

So what's the consensus on this one? is it supposedly a hoax? it seems a little fishy to me that such a large find would be handled mainly by a small group such as his, and that this story which represents such an archaelogical find is not plastered all over the news and even here on unexplained-mysteries.

I really do wish people would stop making hoaxes, because it really only makes scientists and even the general public that much more skeptical and that much less willing to investigate possible new discoveries. as for this discovery, real or not, i see it ending up falling by the way-side, leaving interested individuals like me without closure.

quite interesting....

However, with a colossus of such size, and such a massive "wingspan" - if they indeed are wings - would have made its flying capability close to supernatural.

such choice words

anyone got any links where this is being debated in-depth?

like i said before in a previous thread, no matter how amazing the discovery may seem, the media is so retarded- if you were to listen to just the tv and news papers, the most anomolous things you would hear is Bigfoot, and the Lochness Monster,,,,,,nothing else really,,,everythings else you'd have to learn from research on the internet

as for the discovery, i'd say that mythology is quickly transforming into reality,,,,,,,,and i noticed that the find was in the desert, this could be Behemoth,,,,the big one----because Behemoth was supposed to be the largest creature on Earth, and he guarded the desert

look carefully at that image that was provided, it looks like it was photo shopped, and yes i have seen fossils being excavated before, that is not a real skeleton, it appears fake. that is my verdict.
Celumnaz
It "feels" fake to me, but really, the reporter gave her name and news affiliate, someone with people tracking skills should be able to track the agency or the woman down and get some kinda of info... I think?

And I'm one that would be really easy to "fool" because of my natural inclination to believe in "giants". I want to believe this. I just can't.

I'm pretty sure that ALL of these "discoveries" are fake now (siberian ice giant, tsunami vid, big eel in the tropics (you know what I mean.) )

perhaps we should file a class action lawsuit against the publisher of the game for stirring up all this trouble and causing emotional unrest to helpless members on esoteric mystery forums?

frogfish
what game is it?

do you live in a frickin cave or something? hehe just playing, but really theyve been alleged to have been making false videos of giants, all of these discoveries has striking similarities of creatures and bosses that are in the game. so it's obviously something to do with this game

Shadow of Colossus. don't speak the word ever again though, it will only aid their corrupt scheme for free marketing and product placement, we should resist this tyranny

Well, as we can see , everybody has their own opinion on these things, its not easy to
say that its a hoax or a digital manipulation. A lot of stuff we dont know about our
own planet earth, since we normally think inside the box, not outside of the box,
so we end up always close our minds of possibilities beyond our imaginations.

In my opinion, a lot of great discovery are not broadcast on the TV or newspaper or
being investigated by scientific community, and even if they investigate it thoroughly
it will be kept in secrecy the reality of these findings, if its necessary they throw
it as a hoax in various forums or blogs.

Just take a little clue from the heiroglyphics, you find big creatures in it, i believed
that these creatures exist, the question is where they are hiding ?
The earth is soooo big, the ocean is massive, underwater volcanoes or caves,
caverns all over the world, these areas are not even completely explored by men.

So maybe we can ask the owner of the site about it or the person who
took those photos .... Maybe its real !

that's fine and dandy, I have similar views as you on this subject from what I gather, but this is clearly a hoax for the game

isn't it coincidental that an artist from abroad "sent" him an "artist rendition" of the pictures, and it looks exactly like a creature in that game? Also if we read all of his updates, I don't know - atleast to me, it seems more like he's trying to tell us a story, rather than update a blog. anyone else notice that?

It is, excuse the pun, a 'giant' hoax to promote a game and nothing more. Now lets stop giving them their free advertising.

I just wanna add something... To be a true believer, one who really wanna believe, is just as bad as doubtful scientists. They're often way outside the bow, so far away they can't see it anylonger... being an openminded sceptic is the best way to go, i think.

And regarding that scientists wouldn't tell the truth, hiding stuff and all that... It's all rubbish! Scientists are trying to make the most remakble discoveries they can! Historians love to change history as we know it, they're really trying hard to unravel new facts. And for physics they're trying to prove eachothers wrong, and if they can't it means the theory is correct.

if its a game....then its poor marketing....(remember ice giant)
if its real then this should have made news' big time....
Essan
This is what happens when you create the internet and photoshop and throw them together with a lot of guillible people......

Sorry, but it's as real as the fairies at the bottom of my garden.

And no, I don't need to 'prove' it's a hoax. You need to prove it isn't, and explain why the story appears only on an obscure internet site instead of the front page of the Times (even the discovery of a single bone from a new dinosaur gets TV coverage these days!) original.gif
salma
well what about the supposed remains of the alleged "GOLIATH" in the Bible? some scientists claimed to have found his REMAINS cause of the manuscripts that went along with it and the location of the bones..

indeed
salma, can you supply any links to this claimed find huh.gif

I have to agree with Essan, if there was such a find it would be on national news around the world, not just some obscure internet site.

And I should add welcome to UM grin2.gif

Exactly, hardly the greatest advertising campaign of the century. If this is the best the marketing company can achieve then I'd say they are sacked.

All they found was a rock or piece of pottery with his name on it and it will probably prove to be as much of a hoax as the "Solomons Temple" pomegranate and the "Joseph Jesus' brother" coffin.

All these "findings" compiled together with some kind of plot would make a great movie. I wonder what the game is like.

Correct. But I think that we should sue Sony, not the game studio. Especially because of all the crap they dumped with Grand Theft Auto (Link here).

P.S. Someone plz close this topic.
