I'm not hazzard, but I happen to agree with him that this stuff is basically a SciFi story. There are various inconsistencies and contradictions, and "Anonymous" offers no method for anyone to corroborate his story (this alone is a red flag).
Also, and this is a really big "Also", Anonymous shows a glaring lack of basic physics knowledge. Where he says, "It was determined that Kepler's Laws did not apply to that solar system." This just can't be so, this disqualifies Anonymous as a credible source. Supposedly, this planet is 38.43 light years from Earth, and yet Kepler's Laws "do not apply"! This is flat out wrong because we've observed such physics at far greater distances...and Kepler's Laws hold true. At this point, I didn't need to go any further. In my opinion this Anonymous fellow is telling a good tale, but that's about it.
