i was looking at feed from trafic cameras on my computer and when i looked at the one at the wind farm and i noticed an object in the backround and i just thought it was a smuge on the lens and then i looked at the other cameras and when i looked back at the wind farm it was gone and now it's back!

I was hoping for a little more of an in-depth description...what it is doing, color, is it moving...stuff like that...

it was moving to the west and its color was black and that's all i could see
I hope you're telling the truth.
Until this object you saw is positively identified, it is still technically and unidentified flying object.
He could have just screenshotted it.

it easn't moving too fast because the camera updates every five minutes
