I get flashes of things. Most of the time, I don't intend to do it but I can force myself if necessary by holding an object associated and focusing. Mostly what I "see" is in the past, recent past or present . Often, if it's something from the past, it is what that person is thinking of at the moment. It's often like thought intrusions though sometimes, I have outright visions. I don't like those and those usually happen if I force myself to focus. I only use it if I really want to know something. To give an idea of how bad it can be, the last time I did it, I was holding the collar of a lost dog and trying to find out whether it was dead or alive. I saw flashes of its mangled head. They did find the body of the dog several days later and what I saw was reportedly very accurate. I wish I had never held the collar and seen it.

I don't have anything like clear cut premonitions though. Bad feelings and observations about possible outcomes of present events but nothing I would count as a premonition. I just am generally right...just ask my husband!

I don't try all that kinesis stuff anymuch more, however, I am a pretty advanced energy manipulator, as I have been practicing this for 5 years, which makes this a run-on sentence. XD
