Where has it been proved your intelligence is greater than mine, or, how that is a factor in any of this?

For a child I have a lot more bluntness, intelligence, and input. Impressive! For a child, I daresay I'm a lot better than you are on many levels. I also have *loyalty* to my friends. I don't try to *profit* off of them.
edit: ty, BM!

Real friends wouldn't try such a thing as to make a profit from them no.gif

I base a lot of it on the pms you sent to myself and Ro. You tend to come to the incorrect conclusions about certain things(from my observation). You never answer my questions. Perhaps you're a coward, perhaps you just don't know. Also, not too bright of you (since you're married) to be complimenting another married woman on her looks. But hey, just my opinion.

The book is not for profit, it is for PROTECTION of the ideas and the ones behind those ideas. I feel you two could add to this very much.

The Voynich is not solved. I was asking for help.

I invited him to my forum to talk about these things in a private setting.....???

So what? That's rude because she's married. And she didn't feel your comments were welcomed. You kept saying Voynich was "cracked". There you go changing your mind again.
What does how she look like have anything to do with solving it anyway?

I have never changed my mind. I say I know "four ways to interpret the Voynich".

One way this is possible is that the "text" could be a song...you know played on the piano...

Hello grin2.gif

I just wanted to explain why I am being "quiet".

To me, it's more about the journey...to take time to stop and smell the roses. This is why I may seem vague most of the time. I don't know of any other way to be. My mind thinks in numbers and in symbols. And it takes some time to have these numbers and symbols line up, but when they do....it was still about the journey. Reflecting on how "lost" you were before you saw the image in the symbols, or the numbers, and where you are after the revelation.

In my research, there have been thousands upon thousands of symbols to sift through, and decode. It's what I do. In the past eight months, I would say that I got an average of 2-3 hours of sleep on top of working and a son. But, the journey to this point has been awesome. I have met many people, and many have followed me on the path to....whatever.

And, it's all or nothing.

This is really not the medium for this, but I want to tell you what I see. On the other hand, I have a contact at CNN who can get me an article published on their website if I write up something that looks good. Not just some posts on a message board, that anyone can take from me and write their own book for profit.

And this is my goal. f*** Yale.

I do have in mind including conversations between people who would like to be involved in the book, which is the most logical solution to my problem. Those involved would share profit, not sure about the %'s yet, but that is for later conversation. I know you are a smart individual, and I respect what you know and the information you have. you seem to be a HUGE asset, and I would love to continue conversation with you, just not in the public medium that exists now. Perhaps after I (we---a few others are interested) have written the book and have it copyrighted, will it be a good idea to spread my (our) knowledge.

Does that make any sense? Should I be more clear at some points?

this exchange is getting quite fiery. I'm not too sure what to think of the voynich manuscript because of a pastime that Monks of various institutions in europe indulged in.
The would produce short works of mild illustrated pornography with coded text. the codes varied and were known to a select 'club' of authors who shared their work between them.
These small volumes would almost always be destroyed once their novelty ended. However, here is something which you may find interesting:

from http://www.economist.com/science/displaySt...tory_id=2329803

Gordon Rugg, a computer scientist at Keele University, in England, thinks he may be one step closer to an explanation of how the text might have been created. In a paper published in the January issue of Cryptologia, he uses low-tech 16th-century methods, rather than 20th-century computing, to generate text resembling that in the book.

If the Voynich manuscript is a fraud, then one plausible suspect is Edward Kelley, an Elizabethan con-artist. So Dr Rugg borrowed one of Kelley's techniques. He used a grid of 40 rows and 39 columns to create a table which he filled in with Voynichese syllables. He then placed a grille—a piece of cardboard with three squares cut out in a diagonal pattern—on top of the table, and started forming words by reading off the syllables as he moved the grille across columns and down rows. The result was words with the same internal patterns as Voynichese. Dr Rugg and his team are now writing software to create dozens of tables and grilles in an attempt to reproduce other linguistic patterns in the manuscript. If their findings hold up, it would mean that the regularity of Voynichese is no longer an argument against the manuscript being an elaborate hoax.

Of course, this does not prove that the manuscript is nonsense—an impossible thing to demonstrate, in any case, since failure to find meaning in the text does not make it meaningless, but simply beyond current methods of decoding. Indeed, Dr Landini believes that the Voynich manuscript might yet yield to massive computing power. If it does, most people expect to find a work of modest historical interest, rather than the secret of life. As with most puzzles, the thrill of solution lies in the process, rather than the product.

Black then white are all I see in my infancy.
red and yellow then came to be, reaching out to me.
lets me see.
As below, so above and beyond, I imagine
drawn beyond the lines of reason.
Push the envelope. Watch it bend.

Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind.
Withering my intuition, missing opportunities and I must
Feed my will to feel my moment drawing way outside the lines.

Black then white are all I see in my infancy.
red and yellow then came to be, reaching out to me.
lets me see there is so much more
and beckons me to look through to these infinite possibilities.
As below, so above and beyond, I imagine
drawn outside the lines of reason.
Push the envelope. Watch it bend.

Over thinking, over analyzing separates the body from the mind.
Withering my intuition leaving all these opportunities behind.

Feed my will to feel this moment urging me to cross the line.
Reaching out to embrace the random.
Reaching out to embrace whatever may come.

I embrace my desire to
feel the rhythm, to feel connected
enough to step aside and weep like a widow
to feel inspired, to fathom the power,
to witness the beauty, to bathe in the fountain,
to swing on the spiral
of our divinity and still be a human.

With my feet upon the ground I lose myself
between the sounds and open wide to suck it in,
I feel it move across my skin.
I'm reaching up and reaching out,
I'm reaching for the random or what ever will bewilder me.
And following our will and wind we may just go where no one's been.
We'll ride the spiral to the end and may just go where no one's been.

Spiral out. Keep going, going...
