I'm curious to know if anyone is aware of whatisthesecret.tv

I am very interested in this site because the video for clue #1 is highly intriguing and well-done. It plays out in a sort of chronological historical context. I do not know what the secret is. Anyone have any ideas, insights, or theories? (Ancient knowledge... freemasons or such ?? ) Perhaps this is just a very well done promotion for a television film?

The idea of exposing some startling revelation has me hooked. I subscribed to the site's newsletter. Received this in an e this morning:

But this seems to be pretty awesome sounding .... and they spent a good deal of time and money into making the video promo's for these "clues" or clips of this show to explain whatever the secret is. Meh.. we'll see

The "secret" is that media hype coupled with curiosity is a potent force. Judging by all the men mentioned in the brief clip I saw, I suspect it's just another hokey docudrama about the Masonic Lodge. The real giveaway was the part where they said "The Church discovered the SECRET ... and it was banned." Hehe, try to join the Masons if you're Catholic. That's the very reason why the Knights Of Columbus was formed ... because after the Church dissed the Masons, the Masons responded by dissing the Church (or possibly vice versa).

I also suspect that when it does air in 2006, the program will be "paced" so that the Masons aren't mentioned until the last possible moment (ie., after the last commercial break). And I also suspect that after people realize they've been watching a Masonic conspiracy docudrama, any potential DVD sales will be marginal at best. It's likely a one-shot "woo-woo" docudrama in which producers hope that advertising revenue alone will make their day. And, it probably will.

This is a scam there is no universal Law of attraction. First off if it did exist then it might explain strange attractors in Chaos Theory, but that would make the Law of Attraction meaningless. Why? Because the universe is based on the principles of Chaos Theory, which states that Chaos occurs when a system is very sensitive to initial conditions.

(Initial conditions are the values of measurements at a given starting time.)

Its simply states CHANGE, in the universe.

Which renders the Laws of Attraction MEANINGLESS.



Do you think millions of people in Africa don't wish for rain to come during their summers, but yet hundereds of, animals, and people die because they have no water. They must not be clarifng what they want in life.
Oh and how about the thousands of people in the world who have had their homes burn down, and are now homeless and on the street or maybe everyone in Lousiana wanted hurricane Katrina to come through destroy everything in its path kill their families, and so the homeless crack head could steal the rest of their hard earned cash as they try to find shelter.
Or how about the millions of civilians in Japan, who didn't wish hard enough for the freakin atom bomb to dissapear through thin air before it exploded on them.
I myself have mediated for hours, before trying these stupid techniques, and they never work. For instance right now I should have at least 2 million dollars, a vehicle, and a college degree.
Wait, what happened!!! Someone stole a vehicle smashed it into a telephone pole, I didn't have insurance, because I couldn't afford it ( literally I couldn't afford it!!! ), I lost my apartment in columbus, so now I had to move back to jackson, which made me quit college for the time being because I have no way of getting back and forth unless I walk. And I play the lottery everyweek, and I am yet to win it, and I made it very clear that I wanted to win this money before my 21st birthday, but yet here I am 24 with no winnings whatsoever.

What am I doing wrong!!!! The answer is simple this is a ploy, it's fake it doesn't exist. It is a ploy to make everyone get off their ass and attempt to do good in the world, which I might say is a great gimmick hell I almost bought into it myself, but this is dangerous.
If scientist, and religious philosophers get on television and tell the whole world, that there is a Law in the universe that states: If you wish hard enough your deepest desires will come true. And millions of people buy into it, as soon as they find out it doesn't work people will be pissed and depressed freakin wars could start over sh** like this.

I think the secret is a reality show (or some stupid new tv show) and that promo, as elusive as it is, was made that way to get people to tell each other and discuss what the "secret" could possibly be (like in this thread).

Either that or the government's going to finally unveil all their knowledge of alien life, but I choose the former .

EDIT: Ok, I did some research and one of the things I found is that it has a lot to do with Napoleon Hill and Og Mandino (Source). Throwing those two names into Google I found this page. So it seems that "The Secret" is nothing more than a "get rich quick" scheme.

So yeah , none of you know what the secret is ... no matter how clever you guys seem to think. You nor I have seen the exact show that they are going to show. So there for all of your " I KNOW THE SECRET" stuff is pure speculation. And the stuff about the Law Of Attraction... whether or not it is true.... doesn't matter because none of you know the exact thing that these people are going to show. Unless of course you worked on the the show itself. Which is very very improbable.

Assuming a Catholic is "allowed" to join. But, how could a Catholic join when he knows what is required of him when he attains the 30th Degree of Freemasonry (aka Kadosh) ... that he crushes with his foot the papal tiara and the royal crown, and swears to free mankind. quote, "from the bondage of Despotism and the thraldom of spiritual tyranny?"

believe it or not but this show isn't a scam at all. I've known about this for about a year now beacuse we do work for their advertising agency when they get booked. The secret hasn't been leaked out....It will be a HUGE TV show and it will be worldwide. It is just going to show you the secrets of how people in the past and present have become rich and have become to live out thier dreams by a certain moralized code of honor. It's going to be very exciting.

Ok. Ive been on many websites checking this thing out ( doing a little detective work, and actually it looks like Ashley is right, but anyways lets say she is wrong. Here are all the other possibilities, that people have been talking about.
Heres the Hype!!!

1. The Master Key basically now what is known as the Law of Attraction ( I hope not, but more than likely)

2. Extraterrestrials (possibly)

3. Jesus Christ is Fake (possibly)

So now you know some of the debates about what the secret actually is, but like MyFavoriteStars has pointed out right now it's all just speculation. Till then tell all your friends about it, get them hyped up tell them whatever you want, because in MY OPINION whatever they are going to tell WILL PROBABLY BE OF GREAT IMPORTANCE. If it is the Law of Attraction maybe Im missing something.

A word of warning: Over here, channel 4 managed to convince a group of people that they were being sent in to space, but really they were in a TV studio in one of those space simulators.

I'm highly sceptical of any "secrets" which may or may not be revealed on a "worldwide" TV show. It'll more then likely be another hoax.

they two guys behind this also sell "the secret" in the form of a series of self help courses that were available from the the 1920's.

a curious thing though, the number of millionares rose from somehting like 3,000 to 7,000 in the space of one year. Apparently becuase they knew this "secret"

Another possibility: I saw a movie on TV some months ago. It was based on A Thief in the Night, I think. Well according to the movie plot, the devil used the Internet to trick people into either choosing him or God. It was a world-wide event in the movie, and most people got sucked it.

I'm sure this is not The Secret,, but I thought I would throw this thought into the ring anyway. I thought they (screen-play writers) used technology well to go along with the ideas in Hal Lindsey's book and those in the Left Behind series. By the way, I don't believe in any of that stuff, but that's the fist thing that popped into my mind when I read about The Secret being a world-wide event.

"The Secret" is a small part of a much bigger project launched back in 1993. Some people on the lesser projects do not know they are part of the greater project.

"The Secret" is designed to draw the attention of the, for lack of a better term, uninitiated, or those that have never been exposed to certain concepts.

Once their attention is aquired they will be directed to much greater revelation.

One aspect of the whole affair is a battle between light and darkness, however as we all come out find out.... what claimed to be of the light was really not, what was said to be darkness was the light.

What we find out is the supposed Anti Christ is the Church. Things like the Masons were really the light.

There is another topic on this in another Forum being discussed as to what this Secret could very well be. Here are some other opinions, other than people joking about it on what it could be.

Clue #1 - DNA... Scientists could be releasing the final answer to all of human/mankinds answer to DNA. Where we are from, how we were created, why, and possibly who created us could be the Secret.

Clue#2- Masons? Quite possible but I don't think The Masons have anything to do with it. There are too many hidden messages in the video about some kind of documents or scripture written on scrolls.

Clue #3 - Scrolls... Some kind of document or written scripture possibly a prophecy or code that only few can reveal and use it to become successfull with.

Clue #4 - Banned from the Church? Obviously who ever wrote in these scrolls is against the Church. A passage from the Devil? Anti Christ? Or Prediction from a bible code perhaps?

In my own opinion... it certainly is not a movie, reality tv show, or some kind of tv gimmick. In the video it is said that Philosophes, Scientists will reveal the Secret to the World. So, it's pretty big, whatever it could be will be a WORLD WIDE EVENT> therefore if were a tv show of somekind, tv shows do not get World Wide exposure. Not of these elements.

Also in the message states it will shift the World of today... so it has to huge.

Im leaning towards more of some kind of code that was broken by these Scientists and Philosophers from all over the World and it will be a document or prophecy that helps Human/Mankind understand the meaning of life and the power it can posess.

Matt, it is really a collection of "secret" or oppressed information. In two ways.

We were not civilized enough to know certain things which is why we as humanity were not told as a group.

Those that were threatened by certain information suppressed it.

It was forbidden to masturbate, they would tell you one would go blind, because they knew you would and would feel guilty and then must buy your salvation and for some appear in the confession to admit your sins. For if you did not you would go to hell.

Guilt and Shame are tools of the Anit Christ, that which would use them are not of God.

What parent would send there children to Hell? You see this is a lie. Heaven and Hell are not a destination they are a state of mind.

Sexual repression causes conflict, what better way to destroy unity? Make sex something dirty and unclean.

Why should it be a sin to stimulate another human beings nerve endings causing great pleasure?

What is the purpose of the depositing of the seed but to replicate a new machine, to provide for a new point of view?

Could nature be perverted? What would claim that it was? Perhaps something that was not of God.

The young child is taught to cover his body in shame, the child is also taught to identify with his body. Therefore he is taught to identify himself with shame.

Jesus mentioned that you could do and be greater than he. Yet there are institutions that teach that you are some lower sinful creature. Rather than have you express your greatness and divine nature there are those that would have you live in servitude as an indentured slave.

See through the Illusion the religious institutions and men have cast, for you are not finite you are infinite, you are not limited there are no boundaries; there is no scarcity there is abundance, for all matter is energy and energy is unlimited.

So now we understand that this is what the Church fears, that it will be found out that it is the Anti-Christ.

It is true that there is a spiritual foundation, great teachings, wisdom, in religion but it has been twisted to serve those who benefit from the deception. It is also true that religions served a purpose in their time for everything is in Divine Order; they no longer serve a purpose.

It is also true that religion, a man made fabrication, has become the conflict creator while it claims to promise Peace.

So now religion born of Ego will fall away leaving Spirituality born of the Divine.

Perhaps this is what certain religious institutions do not want to be known, that they are the Anti Christ in disguise.

I would note that this is not a reflection on any individual that is a member of these institutions but have some passed judgment, and labeled something evil and then attacked it with hate or justified lies and deception in it's regard.

This is not of the Divine nature, it is that of the Anti Christ the Ego, that which denies it's Self in others.

basically if this secret is real, then it probably wouldnt mean much effective like it was early 1900s than today.........
