I heard around universal that Bloodrayne is coming out next month!!!!! I can't wait! My friends and i love playing the video game. I think the plot should be interesting, if they expand on it. Has anyone seen the previews?

Being a Bloodrayne Fanatic, knowing just about all there is to know about her, the game, and its universe, I've know about this movie for the better part of six months. And each day I've been dreading it. They screwed up so much about the franchise, I won't even bother making a list.

The plot won't be expanded on, because the movie is a 'prequel'. Taking place back in the 1300s; which, if I remember correctly, was WAY BEFORE Rayne was born.

So, I'll go see it, just for the love I have for the character, but I doubt I'll enjoy it. You may want to keep your eyes open for my nice, ugly review.

I don't know. I know it's Boll....but some people said it was actually really entertaining. Just don't go in with high expectations and it probably will be somewhat enjoyable. I'm going to see it. I don't expect much, but some cool fights and lots of blood. What other reason is there to see it?

I know there's a bigger thread on this somewhere, I remember reading it. But the movie looks like it will be awful.

Yeah. Crap is an understatement. But I've pretty much accepted his movies for what they are. They are enjoyable to an extent to me, now. But I still do HATE House of the Dead. Has anyone seen the Dungeon Seige movie trailer? That movie actually looks pretty kick ass, but very cheesy. Jason Statham plays pretty much Frank Martin from the Transporter (doing the same kind of martial arts), but with a LotR-esq touch. Great cast, fair acting from certain actors, crappy from others. It seems Boll has gone from completely horrible movies to just plain bad.

Its a game-movie adaptation that alone should tell you to stay clear.

I think game movies are getting better, as of late. DOOM ruled. I really enjoyed the RE movies too, but not on a RE level. But I think just because that this is a Boll movie, Bloodrayne will be total crap compared to the other movies I mentioned. I heard it's a big improvement since AitD though.

i seen the preview late one night, i dont know anything about the game...so i had no clue what i was watching....i was thinking to myself, what a weird commerical i bet its going to be burger king or something similar, then as the preview progressed, andi realized it was an actual preview for a movie, i was like this gotta be a sci-fi made for tv movie or soemthing, and BAM bloodrayne

i just sat there wtih my mouth agape....i might not know about the game, but i know it has a following.....all i can say is...sorry janiel......so so sorry....
