This kinda reminds me of that show Ghost in the Shell. Don't know if you've ever seen it, it takes place in the future where technology has advanced to the point where you can do stuff like that. Anywho, I believe you can do this, and I also believe that one day the government will master this skill. One day, technology is going to destroy the world, I just hope I'm not alive to see it.
