During times when i try to manipulate psi energy, i have dreams where i realize i am dreaming and canmove at will. Does anyone more experienced than me have methods to control this and do it consistantly?

i have it most of the time that i can manip my dreams i thought every one could but i ques not. it helps for bad dreams i tend to make my bad dreams more pleasent.

I have done this before, but my ability was very limited and ended in me causing the dream to end.
