Exercise to expand the psyche to the multidimensional mind that can tap into any memory from any age. Dna, chakra interpretaions effecting the sould matrices releasing impressions and memories from all of your past existences, as you get better. Otherwise, this is a cheap parlour trick to play with friends at home parties or spiritual gatherings etc...
The first few attempts may tire you, take time and relax a while if fatigue hits you anywhere in this exercise. You will gain greater vision and sparkle in your eyes, reduced eye deteriation-full eye recovery, past life regression methods, centeredness and a link to your many past lives as you live this moment. The doors that open are doors to much knowledge, thus are difficult to reclose. IT IS A LONG PIECE AND YOU MAY GAIN BY TAILORING THE IDEAS TO YOUR OWN STYLE. Take notes or whatever.

You need:
To be relatively emotionally stable and healthy. Be healthy always. You need to be free from any head related weaknesses or aches. Then drink water in abundance an hour before beginning.


You also need:
Large/tall mirror reaching the floor,
Small tea candle, positioned on the floor very close to the mirror,

Put ambient music on in a nice undisturbing room.
Light candle and turn off light. Sit in front of the mirror up to 1 .5 meters away.


Do your normal relaxation exercises to help you trance out of here into that world of dreams and endless possibilities, (towards multidimensionality). You know, like chilling to nice ambient music or meditate or work chakras or stretch and breath.....whatever you like doing, do.

Or imagine, with eyes closed, how it would feel if that flickering light (candle), is the sun and you are relaxing outside on the most lushious SUNday afternoon. Enjoying the warmth and relaxation for a few minutes until your neck begins to relax your shoulders down to your fingertips, relaxing tensions out of your hands....breathing deeply throughout .....in a hammock or something.

Rub hands until warm and shake the wrists a few times in cycle.
Close your eyes, rub hands together until you feel the energy warming up then place them over your normal eyes, breathing this energy into the eyes, relaxing first the muscles around them. Repeat if you like. Or simply, breathing in energy in through the nose to the muscles around the eyes and breath out through your mouth and the tensions of crap will begin to loosen around your eyes.....water helps this. Your eyes will feel cooler and energized. perfect for hangovers on monday mornings. breath and relax the muscles behind your eyes as well. So go into your skull if you need to.

Imagine your third eye is a real eye and repeat the above paragraph..

Tranced and relaxed to your centred spirit within, open your eyes and look into your eyes in the mirror.... deeper and deeper, asking to see your very soul as much as possible. this can take time to do. but not til tired, just gaze for a few minutes until you begin to sync more with your spirit within....You are doing well if the background fades.






Imagine your own life is so closely attached to all of your past lives. just imagine, suspending disbelief. Your soul's traits being inprinted in variable strengths to each different life, but all meshed into the one face. Your spirit is shining out to he world, an imprint of all of your past existences, on earth and beyond. Certain favourite moods bring up certain important past lives, and can easily trigger them to the surface of your face....just under your normal skin muscles merged within.
The eyes will always hold the same vitality or inner integrity within all past lives. So use them as anchors linking all lives...remaining the same as your faces differ. Whether true or not, just imagine and play with it.

Look at the mirror with eye muscles at varying levels of focus until your vision is more focused on the eyes.
Without changing from your chosen focus, see what you can see of your face with the outer parts of your eyes. this may be very blured at first, but gets clearer with each practice. Remember, we are not just doing a parlour trick with the eyes, we are suggesting to power/spirit that we want to mould a connection to that abyss place that holds all times and all events as one moment. A door suited more for monks, because we here will only touch the tip of the iceburge.. Reality, as real, is through fantasy, building the bridge to this place that does exist, as much infrmation about you is obtained, when you ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS....normally through life, the vision shrinks with age and this will reboot the outer rim sensors of the eyes, hence life becomes more intense as more information is being acknowledge per moment. (All muscles can be regenerated, glasses and semi blindness can be defied, as some high monks and religious texts suggest we all could do).



Merged to your current face, and at varying levels of focus. You create the door to open to this place to a place of knowledge by belief and acting out the process until the three eyes are relaxed just right and you are relaxed enough to see through dimensions. hence the differeing you's will be more effortless to come forwards to your now. this is the path to multidimensionality, when a hell of a lot of life becomes avaliable to expeience as all the psychic senses are invigorated through the window to your sould, eyes....

Sometimes the energy matrices of all past lives are seen to be morphing in and out with each MOOD or attitude you experiment with...sometimes, you may only feel, sometimes you can close your eyes a while and see the connection in varying visual ways as this becomes a form of past life regression. But usually people get to see stuff around their face as the shadows begin to move (shadows are always moving, always independently to their objecs). Imagination needs to be pretty sharp in the first place to be able to see or feel anything... it will take practice for some to encourage the wand/subconscious to mould reality to your strong desire. So people will have very differing experiences....

The ecercise is really a regression initializer, waking up old connection but you will need further knowledge or an experimental mind, to dig deep into the pot of god as your past life exists at the end of that rainbow...

do u think it is dangerous to dig up things that are locked in ur memory, for example it would be quite easy to access things that u cant remember from this, and with some people they dont remember for a reason, would u consider this a safe thing to do?

I do not look at this as anything possible. I dont believe in past lives or anything, and the only good outcome of this would be the enhanced psi energy.

WARNING!!!!!! : Do not under any circumstances use this while driving or in an automobile or while operating heavy machinery.As with any other hypnosis session do not use when you need or might need to have full awareness and consciousness.It is very dangerous to use this while doing things of that nature that require your attention and focus and is not to be done at any time ... EVER!!!!

How To Use : As with anything hypnotic you can't read it to yourself and put yourself in that state.You either need to tape yourself or someone else reading this or have someone read this to you.It would help to be in the dark with no brightness.It is necessary to have no outside distractions or noise.You need to be in the dark and silence for this to work.As I said before you must never use this while driving an automobile or operating heavy machinery.

Now To Begin :

Allow your eyes to close.

Now focus on your breathing which should be deep and regular, from way down to way up.

Take five deep, relaxing breaths, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth ... relax [take a long pause for five breaths].


Now with each exhaling, breathe out the aches and pains and tension stored in your body.

With each inhaling breath, breathe in the peaceful energy that surrounds you.

Relax even more deeply.


Now visualize imagine or feel all of your muscles completely relaxing.

Relax the muscles of your forehead and face ...

And Your Jaw ...

Relax the muscles of your neck and shoulders.A lot of tension is stored in these areas.

Relax your arms ...

Relax your legs ...

Relax your back muscles ...

And allow the muscles of your stomach to relax completely, so that your breathing stays nice and deep and even.

With each gentle breath you take, allow yourself to become more and more deeply relaxed.


Visualize, imagine, or feel a bright life at the top of your head, inside your head. Allow your mind to choose the color of this light [pause].

Everything that this beautiful light touches, as it later spreads down your body, every tissue and organ and muscle every fiber and cell of your body will relax completely, getting rid of all aches and pains, of all illness.

And the light will deepen and deepen the level of your relaxation.
You are already feeling deeply peaceful and tranquil.


Now see or feel or imagine the light spreading into your jaw... down your scalp... deepening your state.


Now the light is flowing into your neck, completely relaxing the muscles of the neck and throat, smoothing out the lining of your throat.

And you relax even more. [pause]


Visualize imagine or feel the light, which relaxes and heals every muscle, nerve, and cell of your body, spreading into your shoulders...

And down both arms, all the way to your hands and your fingers [pause]


See or feel or imagine the light flowing into your upper back ... and chest ... and into your heart, which pumps the light through every blood vessel of your body.

Into your lungs, glowing beautifully ...

The muscles of your upper back are completely relaxed.

And now the light is spreading into your spinal cord, from your brain to the tip of your spine, flowing along your entire nervous system to reach every muscle and cell of your body.

And your are deeply calmed and relaxed.

You are feeling a deep tranquility, a marvelous sense of peace [pause].

See, imagine, or feel the light spreading into your abdomen ... and your lower back, completely relaxing those muscles and nerves ...

And now see it flowing into your hips ...

Into your legs, and all the way to your feet and your toes, so that your entire body is filled ... bathed ... with the wonderful, bright light.

And you feel very, very peaceful.



Now visualize, imagine, or feel the light completely surrounding your body, as if you were in a cocoon or halo of light. This protects you and relaxes your skin and outer muscles ...

And you feel even more peaceful, calm, and relaxed.


In a moment I am going to count backwards, from five to one. With each number, you will feel more and more peaceful and calm, and the level of your relaxed state will deepen and deepen, until by the time I reach one, you will be in a very deep state, your mind freed up beyond the normal limits of space and time.


You are able to remember everything.



Five

Four, feeling more and more peaceful and relaxed ...

Three, deeper and deeper and deeper ...

Two, nearly there ...

One ...


You are in a deeply relaxed state, but if you feel any discomfort, now or later, you are in complete control.

You can now end the relaxation part of the exercise and not proceed with the regression merely by opening your eyes, and you will immediately return to your normal state, with full control of your psychological and physical functions, feeling wonderful, relaxed, and refreshed.


If you choose to go further, visualize, imagine, or feel yourself slowly walking down a beautiful staircase [pause].

At the bottom, there is a doorway with a bright light on the other side.

You are feeling completely relaxed and very much at peace.

You walk toward the door, knowing that your mind is no longer limited by space or by time, and that you can remember everything that has happened to you.

When you pass through the door into the light, you will be in another time.

Allow your subconscious mind to choose the time, whether from this life or from any other.

You may be going back to a time from which a symptom of yours, a feeling, or a troubling relationship first arose, the root cause [long pause].



Emerging into the light, first look down at your feet. See what kind of footwear you are wearing, whether shoes or sandals or cloth or none at all ...

Then begin to look up your body ...

Look at your clothes ...

Look at your hands ...

See what you look like ...

Is it daytime or nighttime ...

Are you inside or outside ...

See if you know or can find out the date [pause].

Look around, observing the geography, the architecture, the plants and trees, and whether other people are around. If there are other people, you can talk to them and they might answer your questions.



Find out the answers to your questions, to your symptoms [long pause].

Spend more time exploring that period.

You can go backward or forward in time if you need to ...

If you feel any anxiety, just float above your body, observing rather than actively feeling and participating.

Or simply open your eyes and end the procedure, if you choose.



Explore any significant events and understand, from your greater perspective, why they happened and what they really mean.

You can understand now [long pause].


See if any people from that lifetime are with you in your current life [long pause].


If you wish, go to the end of that lifetime and experience your death [long pause].



Float above your body and review your life. What lessons did you have to learn? [long pause]


Now it is time to come back.

In a moment, I am going to count from one to five. At the count of five, open your eyes and you will be wide awake, alert and refreshed, feeling wonderful. You will be in full control of all your physical and psychological functions. You will remember everything. Every time you do this exercise, you will find that you will be more deeply and deeply relaxed.




One : Every muscle and nerve of your body fully relaxed.

Two : Gradually awakening, feeling wonderful.

Three : More and more awake and alert.

Four : Nearly awake, feeling great.

Five : Open your eyes, wide awake and alert, feeling wonderful.

All power to those who believe in the impossible, including regression as really it identifies all major local rhabits and tastes as well as leak into your life more of your collective purpose. not your selfish now, but all of your selfish nows, hence dimensional and time linking opens a great number of doors than ever realized.


The doors that lead to fear events are usually the most exciting and heaviest life healers. That means an blocked memory opened will allow you to face and rsolve whatever horrific ievent that most likely has a psychosomatic hold on your current life. You will perhaps increase you energy and become much clearer, some certain guilt or otherwise related fully learned psychic skills may suddenly appear in your life, as well as methods to gain insight on the future of your path..... really fear is a great tool to becoming great quickly as you were once before.
