When they collided particles close to the speed of light do they jump start miniscule big bangs. Once particles have collided does it create a miniture universe?

well they split into baryons and leptons or whatever comes out... and those are made of quarks and electromagnetic waves.... I heard they were building an accelerator to smash electrons and positrons together in hopes of catching a glipse of other dimensions....

...as far as we can tell, no. Depends on the particles (& kinetic energy) you collide as to what you get out. But to our knowledge, AFAIK, we are not creating universes or big bangs.
