Daughter of the Nine Moons
I hope someone might be able to point me in the right direction. For the last 2 days I have been unable to get on to any sites that require an encrypted logon. This is only happening on Firefox. EI is ok.

I get the following error message:

QUOTE
Error establishing an encrypted connection to madeupsite.com. Error code: -8075

I looked on the FireFox help page but no luck

Big FireFox fan here.

Assuming you have the latest and greatest, click on tools go to options. Click on "advanced" and make sure all ssl and tsl boxes are checked. Also, make sure the site hasn't been added into your "ad block" section. You'll find that under "tools" also. If all else fails go through the "options" tab and put everything back to default.

Hope this helps, I love FireFox, IE is done for.

Actually it's 3 different sites that I can't access, and my ad block section (block popup) appears to be empty

Found the answer...after much digging

# Select "Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Verification -> Do not use OCSP for certificate validation"

Everything is working now so I will close this thread grin2.gif
