A bit of advice: I would suggest posting in pdf instead of MS Word. There was an earlier thread that discussed the possible risks of using MS Word.

Actually I really hate using MSW...really.

I think Ill post it in wordpad next time or something (I only put it in MSW to combat the dread scrolling)
