I've had a few negative experiences but pray before doing this and fear is a magnet for negative entities time doesn't stop but it doesn't exists there for example I was out for a few seconds but I though that 2 hours had passed since I lied down to relax and when I came back and regained body movement only 30 minutes has past so I don't think times exist there and from what I've read in my books it doesn't exist and your clothing sometimes effect what you're wearing at the time and it's a mind thing everything that you want or want to do is controlled by your thoughts your thoughts will manifest I lie to you not my fear of demons and evil projected those negative entities I'm un sure of the dream thing but ghosts and spirits all reside there the Astral Plane if you have positive thoughts such as seeing a departed loved one or an old but distant friend you'll be taken to them and ask for your Spirit Guides and Guardian Angles they'll be around you they're made of pure love I didn't see my guide but I heard her say my name but I felt her good loving presence and I felt protected that's my next goal to meet my guardian angles and spirit guides face to face and all communication while out of body is telepathic (through the mind) because my thoughts of saying something before I could move my lips I heard my self talk.

about the time in AP you answered one part of what i ment. I also mean does the real world go by like if you move around a city near you will you see real ppl in phisical state walking around and going to work and stuff?

Oh yes, and all of you who practice astral projection(which I don't beleive) will be pretty tired.

Jan 13 2007, 12:04 AM
Ahh i didn't believe this at first neither but give it a try before you say it's real or not and please have an open mind if you ever do decide to try it because your negative thoughts will effect you also, i got into this because I was sick and tired of being scared of the Sleep Paralysis phenomenon and my family being from the south and being very superstitious (that's another story) called them witches rides because most of them got it but never understood it I'm glad that I found out the truth about this I'm not that scared 9 or 10 year old anymore.
But anyways yes you can see people in the real world (physical world) but you'll pass right through them but some people who's highly evolved spiritually will be able to see you but perceive you as a ghost or cold spot so if you ever see ghostly images of someone and they're alive they're more than likely in an astral state and I'm try to see if I can enter someones dreams I'm not sure if it can be done or not but you can see other people if they're projecting and if they don't know about Astral projection they'll perceive you as a dream.

When I was a child I was able to Astral Project, FLY at night with a guide and I even remember his name. He was a child like myself. I was in the 3rd grade so was 8 years old then. I have often thought about the trips I made with another flyer. I simply thought he was a kid who could do what I could. We would meet outside my window or above the house or even up at the corner. Some of the memories are distorted now after 30 years. Sometimes we would go and pick-up old people and take them to visit with other old people. Does this sound strange? I remember doing that a number of times. It was strange. Then there were times we flew around averywhere very fast. It did not require thinking, it only required meditative energy. I was a student of TM from the age of 5 1/2 years old until I was 7. I believe that this may have been what enabled me to "project". To have the ability to FLY around at night.
One thing that has remained with me is the Cosmic type energy that I was in tune with. The last time I flew did not end well. I was on the ceiling looking down at my body and I was unable to enter back in. I was upset about this. All of a sudden two twins appeared on either side of me. They had on cloaks that hid them from me. I looked for a time at both of them. They were able to fit into my room on either side of the bed. They were in the room but at the same time they were much bigger. I saw them as they allowed me to see for a glimpse. I saw the cloaks that covered them become silver and they flickered with the light of the stars. They were much bigger. They were showing me the cosmic power. I was stuck and was wondering what they were all about. I began to pull my head downward from the ceiling in order to look under the hoods of the cloaks to see what they really looked like. I was able to look into one for a half a second. All I saw were stars and the outline of a face and then I looked into the eye and saw the glint of light reflect off that eye. In that tiny space of light I saw the planet earth spinning in space. I saw more, the whole milky way galaxy was in there. Then I was slammed back into my body never to astral travel again. I dont know why. All I know is I started screaming and was happy at the same time to be back in my whole form. Does this all sound wierd? To me it still does. Anyone care to comment on what happened to me? I think I met the twins at the gate and that I was being 86ed from astral flying. Who knows, maybe I was getting too carried away. My guide was taking me on missions to put old people together. We would wait for them outside their friends windows and then take them back. What does this sound like? It did not frighten me and it did not seem evil. I know evil. Here's the other story, when I was 4 1/2 years old I went to live in a very old and very large hotel. It was owned by my family. We lived there for over two years at which time we moved to a house built in the early 1700s. This house was built from the timbers of ships and in the kitchen where the ceiling was never put up you could see the beams for the second floor and they were indeed from old ships. That house had a ghost that would move things around the kitchen all the time. We only lived there for a year or so. Then we sold that house and moved into the big 1910 house where I was able to astral project. Well, back to the Hotel, the Mohican Hotel, in New London. It was haunted. I know because I saw them. Dark and evil and cold and smelly ghosts. So I had an invisible friend while I lived there. He would come to my room and talk to me. He told me his name and he told me what to do when I encountered bad energy. I was to run. I was told to run down the stairs from the 3rd floor where we lived so that I would not have to wait for the elevator. the elevators were the old ones that had to have operators drive them up and down all twelve floors of the hotel. We used one of them and during the day the elevator operator was a black man named Arthur and the night man was a white man named Arthur. Who by the way lived a block from us when we bought the house when I was 8 where the astral projections took place. I'm telling too much. Anyway, the invisible man had a name and he was only visible to me when I looked at him from the corner of my eye. To me he was very real. It was very strange. I'll never forget him. I think he was looking out for me but who knows. Also, wthe guide was far too informed to just be a child such as myself. I recall making journeys with him. It was not always local flights. We may have been up and down the coast and west as far as Ohio if you can believe it. The higher up the faster we covered the distance. Some flights were low to the ground. I dont know who I was working for or why. All I know is I was flying people around at night. Perhaps when I began to question things I was dropped from the program. Who knows? I would like to hear from anyone who has experienced similar phenomena.
So that's all I have to say concerning astral projection and psychic phenomena.
Thanks.

Well to start go to your local library and ask f they have any books on Astral Projection or Out Of Body Experiences the terms are used interchangeably a few good books for beginners are Adventures Beyond The Body The Secret of the Soul both by William Buhlman and Soul Traveler by Albert Taylor and these authors started out as skeptics until they tried it for them selves.
I enjoyed Adventures Beyond The Body and Soul Traveler the most The Secret of the Soul just describes how it happens and has a lot of testimonials and has a few techniques
it's something for kids and young adults to read if they're suffering with Sleep Paralysis and the other sensations associated with Astral Projection.
Those books has put me at ease and now I know that I'm not crazy.

The same thing happed and still happens to me sometimes you have to gear your mind to it I've been very busy doing work around my apartment so I've been going to bed too tired I get the paralysis and I drift off the sleep and enter a dream (or the astral plane but just don't remember exiting) did you try the relaxation technique or interrupted sleep method?
Those are highly effective for me they only work for me when I'm not extremely tired.

How long can you be out of your body before you have to go back in, how long can you stay in the astrol plane? What have you done while astro projecting, what can you do? if you AP for a any amount of time when you get back to your body will your phisical body feel tired or what? Is the astrol plane here on earth, all around us or what?
Anyone fell free to answer.

The first few time you'll want to stay close your body but once you become more advanced you can stay out for up to 3 hours the astral looks like this world some of it resides here and the rest is farther out it' s dimension that runs parallel with the physical dimension I haven't been ale to get out of my apartment yet but the best I've done was gone to the top of my ceiling and sank into my box spring of my mattress but I've heard that you can literally fly breathe under water reunite with fiends and family that has long passed on (died) meet your guardian angles and spirit guides.
I've heard a female voice congratulated me it was my guide perhaps because I keep hearing her voice I'd like to meet her some day and if you do this too often yes you can wake up tired :try and find those books I mentioned and there are plenty of other books on this subject out there.

It seems easier to do when you are in sleep paralysis. I tried this ALOT, with really not getting anything. Then one day, I was so tired, it was insane, I crashed out on the couch about 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Sometime later, my cousin started poking me, he wanted to ask me something. I was in sleep paralysis. I finally got out of it to answer him, but I fell right back into it. It was actually weird, and scary as hell. I was just lying there, waiting to fall back asleep, and then I started hearing screams and stuff. I just freaked out, and I couldn't move. I didn't know what to do, but then I remember what I had read about AP and I just got out of my body. The noises and stuff went away, but my body felt like 1000 pounds. I had done some drugs and drank and didn't get much sleep, and worked and stuff. I think all that added up together and made my body heavy. It was weird, I stood halfway up and then I fell, I was scared I was going to hit the floor,I think I fell through it. It was dark is all I tell, and I tried to roll, to maybe get from under the house, but I was just too heavy. I freaked out again and wanted to get back into my body, and then I just opened my eyes. I looked at the clock when my cuz woke me up, and when I 'woke' up again, I looked at the clock and only 4 minutes had passed. I was still tired as hell, so I just fell back asleep, this time no sleep paralysis.

To some of you, the idea of astral travel, (astral projection, OBE) may seem completely insane. It did to me once too. But I decided to try it anyway, and had amazing results.
-
Astral travel has been practised throughout history - and there have been thousands of documented scientific experiements confirming that astral travel is real.
People seek therapy because they 'wake up paralyzed and rigid' (sleep paralysis, a close component of astral travel) 'Wake up and see strange beings around them' (entities found in the astral plane) 'Find themselves floating or vibrating violently, or engulfed in a bright light' (sensations felt as the astral body leaves the physical body) Some people have even gone so far as to say their astral experiences are alien encounters.
-
And, there are those who resent astral travel and/or refuse to beleive it is possible at all. Perhaps for one or more of the following reasons:
1. They beleive that astral experiences are actually dreams. (Wrong. Astral travel is a fully conscious experience, as thousands of people have confirmed worldwide.)
2. They beleive that those who claim to astral travel are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. (Wrong again. Drugs or Alcohol actually hinder astral travel. Furthermore, most people who astral travel began astral travelling at a very young age - 6 to 12.)
3. They beleive what people describe as an astral experience is actually an alien abduction. (Thrice wrong. Although, waking paralyzed, seeing strange entities, and being engulfed in a blinding white light may be likened to an alien abduction, such symptoms are components of the first stages of astral travel.)
4. They beleive people claim to be able to astral travel for publicity, money, or attention in general. (Indeed, some people may use astral travel for such a purpose, or claim that they are able to astral travel when in actuality they cannot. However, astral travel is an enlightening spiritual experience, and he or she who has astral travelled normally understands the importance of keeping such a controvertial hobby quiet. Furthermore, it is commonly known that if one astral travels for selfish or evil purposes, they are likely to find themselves attracting unpleasant entities.)
5. They beleive astral travel is evil, and a sin unto god. (A misconception. As said above, astral travel is a spiritually enlightening and developing experience, not an evil or sinful one. The bible actually talkes about astral travel on several occasions; it describes people as being "in the spirit" while receiving prophecy. Terminology of astral projection is also found in:
Ecclesiastes 12:6-12:7:
"Remember [your Creator] — before the silver cord is severed,
or the golden bowl is broken;
before the pitcher is shattered at the spring,
or the wheel broken at the well,
and the dust returns to the ground it came from,
and the spirit returns to God who gave it."
The passage is talking about what happens when we die.
The silver cord this passage talks about exists when one projects. It links the physical body to the astral one. Don't worry - It can only be severed if we die in the physical world. The golden bowl refers to the 'crown chakra' the main energy center of the body, used to project. Biblical Scholars attribute these lines to astral projection or the astral body in general.
Those are some of the more common reasons people resent or refuse to beleive astral travel is possible. Hopefully I have cleared up some of the myths associated with this phenomena.
-
Here is a technique for astral travel. I bluntly call it the '4 in the morning technique' I have tried many methods over the past two years, and this one had the best results. I have written it out in steps. It involves getting up at 4 o'clock in the morning - a little extra effort, but it is by far worth it. The reasons for waking up at 4 in the morning are:
- You will be drowsy and it will be easier to clear your head.
- You will drift off to sleep much faster.
- You will have gotten up for a purpose; your body and mind will be tuned to what you are trying to achieve.
A note to those who are skeptical about astral travel but still wish to try it: You must keep an open mind while attempting to project. Any negative thoughts or feelings will certainly hold you back. Stay positive, open, and willing.
The technique is as follows:
Set your alarm for 4 o'clock in the morning.
Allow yourself to drift asleep.
At four in the morning, the alarm will wake you. Get out of bed turn on the light, and splash water on your face. Dry your face with a towell.
After about two minutes, get back in bed. Lie on your back.
You will most likely be feeling groggy and tired. Your mind will be eager to get back to sleep.
Close your eyes, and clear your mind. This should be easy because you are so tired.
Now, imagine you are standing somewhere in your room. Perhaps in the far corner. Vividly see yourself standing there. Know that you are standing there, and that your body is still lying on the bed. Focus your whole mind on this concept.
While working on that, begin a simple affirmation in your head. "I am going to astral travel. I am going to leave my body." Say it in your head, over and over, while imagining you are on the other side of the room.
While you are doing this, you will begin to drift back to sleep. Slowly, your mind will begin to cloud. Make sure that the concept of standing elsewhere in your room is the last thing that goes through your mind before you are asleep.
You may experience one or more of the following sensations:
- Floating
- Sinking
- Vibrations
- A bright white/blue light
- A rushing or popping sound
- Starnge noises; someone calling your name
- A jolt
If you experience one or more of these sensations for the first time, it may be frightening. But know that they are positive signs; signs that let you know you're about to project.
Almost always, apon feeling a strange sensation, the person trying to project gets such a fright that he/she is jolted back into their body. If this happens to you, allow yourself to fall asleep and try again the next night, knowing presently that there is nothing to fear.
If you find yourself outside your body, do not stay out for too long the first time. Float about your room, become used to the physics of the astral plane, and then will yourself back into your body. You can start exploring after a 24 hour break. There may be a guide waiting for you. This guide will watch over you and take you where you please. Talk briefly with the guide, and say you will project again in 24 hours.
When 24 hours pass, you will be ready to explore and venture further than your room. You may not even have to use drifting off to sleep as a medium for astral travel.
If, after several attempts, you still have not projected, do not be detered. It is likely you will have felt some of the sensations above while trying, and this is a positive sign. You must remember that it is a matter of willpower. You can't just casually attempt to project in a one-off scenario. Think about astral travel throughout the day. Buy a book on astral travel. Attempt to astral travel everynight. Eventually, I gurantee, you will get out.
-
That's all I have time for at the moment. If you have any questions about the technique I listed, or about astral travel or the astral plane, send me a PM. I will be happy to help.
HI, Socrates
I am 32 years old from India i have red the lots of books on Astral Projection and have trying it frequently since last 14 years but still now i didn’t get any success in AP.
One thing i want to tell you that i am also trying to hypnotize myself from last 14 years but me and some other well known hypnotist in India had failed to hypnotize me. I don’t know the reason behind this, i can concentrate, i can do whatever the hypnotist said but i didn’t get hypnotized.
The reason behind telling you about hypnotism is i can relate it with AP.
You said about that one can feel some vibrations, flashing lights, etc. while attempting AP for the fist time. But i had tried so many ways to Project my Astral body but i heard the sound (sounds like soooon......) which we hear all the time in our ears is increased at some frequency and stopped increasing but still going on.
I have tried a technique many times at the bed when I lied on the bed - i imagined a long pendulum hanged in the centre of the ceiling and waving, I concentrate on the metal ball attached to the lower end of the pendulum, which is just a feet up from me. But this also didn’t work for and hour and I feel sleepy and slept.
What should I do when I hear above mentioned sound in the ears very loudly to get out of my body? Or should I do something else?
Plzzzzzzzzz help me out
Thanks

Well As you enter the vibrational state your body will start vibrating and your hear buzzing/humming sounds they sound electrical to me and you'll feel surges going across your body and you may hear voices it varies from person to person after that you'll split and be suspended out above your body.

Is it really possible to Astral Project during a lucid dream? And if so HOW?
I need some advice.

What a cool thread! OBE's are real. For anyone who doubts it, you can have one on your own, and go from waking consciousness to OBE consciousness with no break (such as sleep/unconsciousness). I even had one OBE where I was laying in bed looking at my ceiling fan, and my non-physical body was walking towards the sliding glass door in my bedroom. I was in 2 places at once, my physical body looking at my ceiling fan, and my non-physical body staring out my sliding glass door!

Hello all
Interesting reading here. Might I remind those new to astral projection and those that should already know this. That there is more than one method for projecting.
Projecting ones self across a room and projecting ones self onto the astral plane are two entirely separate events. Has anyone heard of etheric projection?
Astral projection is something you are more likely to experience for the first time by mere accident.
I would suggest for those wishing to learn or advance in this experience, that projecting out of your body and across a room is the best place to start and the methods described in the first post here will suffice in enabling you to do it. However once across this room, you are NOT astral traveling. You have merely projected out of your body but are still within our plain of reality.
Please don't confuse astral projection with mere projections out of the body into our own world where you are still then able to do amazing things. They are NOT the same.
Great site, good luck to you all.

There is no proof their is only evidence. If there was proof then none of us would be debating the existence of AP on these boards.

The Astral Projection Phenomenon is very amazing. I can't help but post to tell of my possible accidental "near-projections." I could not get this topic off my mind and it was the first thing I thought of when I woke up. I did not want to project, but it was all I focused on (I was very tired and all). I don't know if this was related to projection or a possible dream I was probably going to have- but I heard a rushing noise towards my right. At the same time, I heard a pop, like bubble wrap, to my left. The sound of one long breath was right in front of me at the same time. I opened my eyes and thought of my body.
The truth is I do no want to project right now. There is still more I want to learn about before even attempting it.
But I'm leaning towards the opinion that it may have been a possible dream. Even though I was awake, I did not get the jolt, and at the time I did not want to project (and isn't the want of it one of the steps?).
I still wanted to say that I was very fascinated when I read the posts in this thread. Very good information.

ASTRAL traveling. Read the posts. ASTRAL.
It depends where you go.
Wherever you want.
If you go to the astral plane.
Yes.
Some people believe the astral plane is another dimension, so if you believe that, then yes.

Hi.
I read maybe the first 8 pages of this then skipped forward a year to read what's up now. I'm looking for input from whomever's willing.
I have never intentionally projected before, though I have been interested by the whole thing for quite some time (I used to be plagued by sleep paralysis, and searching for info on it brought me to AT).
A few nights ago I dreamed I was visited by two entities, one's appearance I cannot recall (perhaps there was no visible 'appearance' and was only a perceived being), the other looked like a b&w archetypal spaceman - a round windowed helmet attached to a puffy, marshmallow-man-esque bodysuit.
Each of them took me 'out' into space, sort of guiding me. I don't really remember what happened with the first one, but I remember informing the spacesuit "Wow, I can do so much more with you. I don't know how I feel about the first one, but I totally trust you." At this point it was sort of lobbing me into space. I remember having to struggle, like treading water almost, to get myself to slow down/stop falling, but I knew the spacesuit ultimately had hold of me and could retrieve me were I on the verge of becoming lost.
I did not make the connection then, but after the next night (following), I suspect my tethered feeling was the 'silver cord'.
The following night, I was passively attempting to AT (by passively, I mean, I frequently have oddities occur while I'm falling asleep, and sometimes I focus more than others on some sort of experience). Right at that point between sleep and wakefulness, the spacesuit immediately appeared and took me out again.
Whereas before I went willingly (and in a dream), this time I was simply taken the moment I arrived, through no will of my own. I had intended perhaps to travel, but on my own account, where I dictated, not abducted into empty space.
(Sorry this is so long - I'm almost finished)
Here, of couse, is where I recalled everything from the previous night's dream, and immediately decided to return to my body. I tried to focus my attention upon the silver cord and my body in bed, trying to reel my astral self back in. It took, with some struggle. And I came into myself and tried to sort it all out, which leads me here.
Who/what is that spacesuit? While dreaming it was (presumably) a guide of sorts - one that I trusted, but due to my sense of abduction the moment I was out of my body the next night, I feel almost like I was tricked. It's as if the spacesuit showed me how to detach from my body the first night, in a dream, and then was a little too eagerly waiting for me the moment I did it on my own.
So now I'm a little hesitant to AT again, I don't know what to do if I encounter the spacesuit. Please anyone with experience or thoughts or whatever, I'm totally open here.
Thanks

First off - excellent post!
The 'four o' clock' idea has usually worked for me (whenever I actually take the time to get up out of bed).
OBE's do, in fact exist, and can occur whether or not you realize it, or intentionally project yourself.
But to the point.
So far, the four o' clock idea does work most of the time, but not all the time.
Is there any other idea that has a higher sucess rate?

What's happened with me is that about maybe half the time I'll have a guide there, and is usually some sort of human-esque form, who tends to follow behind me, but not lead me.
As far as going into space, that's never happened with me - all I've had is visit areas in Texas, Michigan, and Canada - all places that I go to frequently.
I tend to remember all of my dreams, although sometimes they are a little difficult to sort out.
The 'silver cord' is usually visible as a thin stream to me, but then again, this is all just me.

Wow Socrates i bet you didnt count on this thread getting 76 pages eh? this has got to be some sort of record, but aside from that, i couldnt read all 76 pages of this but i noticed on the first 3 or so pages alot of people doubting that these OBE's are real and i would just like to say that these are completely real because we havent even unlocked a portion of what our mind is capable of and this whole world is created by the pineal(sp?) gland by producing DMT the most potent phyciological drug known to man, created by our brains! this is what dreams are and this is our third eye, in lizards there is actually a retnea, cornea and lens and our brains try to protect us from this and this is why we forget our dreams, this drug is our dreams and the astral plane could easily be the pineal gland just seeing. Anyways just some facts that i learned from different places thanks alot for this amazing thread Socrates
P.S. for those of you dont believe, the fact that you dont believe is the negetive thought that makes it impossible for you to project and i feel sorry for you.

hey there,
my dad is the one who turned me on to astral traveling as he has done it mANy times, i have tried a couple times but am yet to suceed it is hard for me to concentrate on astral projection without my mind wandering to somewhere else anyways i have a few questions for a few of you experienced travelers;
if you can time travel then you could witness any historical event? like the signing of the declaration of independance? or actually study the DINOSOARS?
if you can space travel then have you seen any aliens on other planets?
is it true you can go into and influence others dreams?
is it true you can actually heal yourself or others while APing?
can you contact your spirit guide at any given time?

i have always been amazed by what people, who can do it ,say about. it. i just wanna ask, you said that if you were able to project you will see other enteties such as ghost and other spirit. what is the chances that they might invade your body while you are away from it?
i am practicing for a period of time to no avail. maybe im doing it the wrong way or maybe its not for me. what do you think, socrates?

dont worry there is a very low possibility if any that that will happen

, your conchisness and your body have a sort of silver chord that connects you, and if you read what socrates says he says that people who are "possesed" by demons are really just over whelmed with negative thoughts and feelings or something like that...but im no expert

I'm pretty sure that demons will leave you alone because they do not like people that can't spell.... mr. smart guy....
Not to mention that they don't exist.

You cannot be possessed while astral projecting. Nothing can get in, don't worry about it.
Astral Projection usually takes a while, so get ready and be patient. If you really feel NOTHING at all with this method, though, try some others.

I believe I have achieved this state and my daughter some how was aware of my presence. Okay, I hope this does not sound to crazy but it happened Monday which is what lead me to find this site and your wonderful post.
Monday night around 5AM I drifted to sleep at my ex's house, it was not until around 4PM or so in the after noon that this event occurred to me. When looking back on what happened 3 days ago, I could see through my eyelids, I know they were closed and I seen a shadow on the wall about 4 feet. I was under the impression that I was being crushed/choked and could not breathe, I was unable to call for someone or move to try and get out of the area. That along with spotting the shadow on the wall has really freaked me out until I have come to the understanding that this shadow was me(which I would be alot happier with believing then some sort of hostile spirit) it was my conscious essence. I cannot believe it, I often have what you call "Jolt" experience in my past maybe two to four times a month. After reading your post on this ability you have inspired me to register and share my experience with you. I hope you do not mind.
But now here is the part that I do not understand, im not sure if my daughter(1Year 4Months old) was in the room at this time when it happened. All I know is about an hour later after experiencing this, my daughter came into the room got on the bed and was kicking at the wall where I had seen the shadow. Just today my ex called me and has since told me my daughter has not slept barely any in the past few days, and I told her she had probly seen what I did. Before I told my ex what I had seen personally and experienced she told me my daughter was "terrified of her own shadow and everyone else's shadow in the house" and "Would not go in the room by herself"
Anyone have opinion on this situation?

I have a few questions about astral projection.
1.Do you have to be drowsy to do it? Can you,if you were good enough,do it in the daytime?
2.When I tried it,my body felt like it was getting hot then cold then hot and so on.Is that a sign?
3.While doing it,my hand felt completely numb.Is that normal?
Well,I tried this last night exept that it was only 11:00(which made me tired

) and I think I must have did something because I felt the jolt
and the vibrations.Does this seem like an OBE to you?
mr. smart guy
Feb 3 2007, 12:07 AM
it is possible to do it during the day time and when your not drowzy but i think it helps when your drowzy, and also the numbness and jolt are normal, in my opinion you were beginning to project
