Hey there,

Visualisation is a skill which, believe it or not, improves the more you do it. I used to be a terrible visualiser. With regard to your question about 1st/3rd person, to be honest I don't think it particularly matters unless you have a preference. It's a shame your alarm didn't go off, you should certainly attempt the technique again.

Every single time I do the four in the morning technique, I get success. This is because:
- Your body is extremely relaxed and at the lowest point of metabolism.
- There's a psychological factor. You have gotten up for a reason: to astral project. It makes it that much easier.
- It is much easier to drift off to sleep with astral projection strong in your mind, rather than at the time you go to bed when it's easy for your mind to wander.

The buzzing 'vibes' you felt are typical sensations felt before exiting the body. Before actually leaving, they intensify. It's an amazing experience. Keep trying and good luck!

Ok, thanks very much for your reply!
Yes, I understand completely why it'd be the best time and its such a great technique, I am going to definitely keep at it.
What is so strange, is that, I tried again for setting my alarm for 4 in the morning, and yet, once again, I awoke nearer afternoon. I looked, and once again the clock was still set for 4am!
I tested the alarm by setting it for 2 minutes, after 2 minutes, it went off, really loud as usual!
So I am so confused. Have I been sleeping through the alarm? But it really seems impossible, its right next to my bed, and its really loud, I've never slept through it before...
Or is something weird happening and its just not going off at 4am?!

Anyway, I'll try again at 4am, and if the alarm fails to go off again, then...I really can't understand whats happening...
Niffur
So, I am probably going to try this even tho i've never tried anything like this before.
Will post comments about how it goes original.gif

No pun intended, but the brain is a tricky devil, ain't it?

Thanks for the kind words. Take care.

Here is my technique i have done throughout my whole life, before i can remember...
My dad taught me this technique very early because he knew it worked for him and if he got me to succeed earlier as possible, my life would be full of leaps and bounds crossing between dimensions. Boy, what a life it has been so far!!
I have come to the conclusion that whatever you do over there in the limitless space of creation, deliberately tries to manifest itself on this lower plane called the Physical Plane or Earth Plane. Everything ABLE over there, is ABLE here! It just takes much more time, and much more effort (for superhuman abilities, so to speak), mind power, dedication and will power. Say if you mastered and understood levitation on the Astral, you can "feel" your way around to getting the laws of physics to react to your thoughts here in the Physical. Its really limitless...

Here are my techniques:

1) I clear my body systems completely a week beforehand by going on "The Sacret Heart Diet". Its a week-long, weight losing, body clearing diet that will give you ample %'s of success. Try it out, look on Google.
I then to Lucid Dream Flying - As you are preparing for sleep (at your normal time of rest), you perform a deep meditation for about 10-25 minutes IMMEDIATELY before sleep. However, instead of the normal, thoughtless meditation, you concentrate intently on the feeling of flying. You imagine the sensation of flying…you imagine how high you would fly, where you would fly, and most importantly, you VISUALIZE yourself flying. This, performed before bed, will, once you fall asleep, will place you in a state of lucid dreaming, where you will be flying in your dream, but you will often be completely aware you are dreaming. This exercise is VERY important, as most of our psychic abilities are much more active as we dream than during our consciousness. This exercise allows us to merge our conscious with our dreamworld, greatly strengthening our psychic abilities.
>>Mental Reinforcement Chanting - In this exercise, you simply repeat the following, out loud, to yourself: “I can fly…I can fly…watch me fly…watch me fly…fly so high…fly so high.” And then you repeat over and over. The reason for this is that, although most people WANT to fly, deep down, a part of them believes that they can’t. This exercise helps to eliminate the skeptical part of their brain, and also serves as a form of mind over matter.

2) I lie down after staying up for 24hrs straight. Over-tired mindset of being aware will guarantee sucesss. I think about being out of my body in some paradise wonderland for about 10mins. I repeat these thoughts over and over, and eventually my body clock ticks into overdrive. Sleep rushes to my head and then these seriously strong vibrations manifest inside of me. Before i know it, wham-oh, in a big snap im out of my body and in the place i thought about being in. As long as im am able to think conciously and know that i am out of my body, i can do whatever i wish!! Its really really fun!

3) I downloaded and bought Brainwave Generator from bwgen.com and download some A.P. Presets and try them out. Personally, the "Schuman Resonance" and "you want Astral, you got Astral" presets work the best for me. This program really works when you try. It keeps you conciously aware, but puts your body to sleep. Its then flawless in about 20mins, youre out!

I hope that helps. I will also give a Tutorial on how to fly in the physical, which i have mastered.

Great post! thumbsup.gif Thank you for sharing your techniques. I am looking forward to trying them.

If your alarm is loud to the point that you seriously doubt anyone could sleep through it, I can't suggest any rational explanation. Perhaps other-wordly tampering? wink2.gif

If you cross your fingers and hold them for some time while meditating they will get numb and with some training you will be able to move your astral hands i nearly did this one time (felt like having 4 arms) when i did this i saw a view like i would be flying up to the celling (the lamp looked just like if it wouldn't be broken) then i turned and saw a woman looking at me and smiling. Lasted about a few seconds like a flash.

So I downloaded brainwave from http://www.bwgen.com/. Which is awesome, then I lay down while listening to my ipod and put my mask in my eyes to block any light. I felt this tingly sensation in my face and in my chest. But then I felt a sleep. I'm trying it again in the morning because at night I tend to fall a sleep.

That was actually going to be a question of mine. The answer could be buried in the thread somewhere but I'll ask anyway. For those that have done AP, have you actually spoken with anyone while in AP? That is, a being that would not be seen in the normal state of conciousness.

After my first exerience of what i will call AP for ase of reading purposes (but i am open to the fact it could be other things as wel)l . i tried to repeat it a lot and couldnt do it . i just couldnt get the same senstions that i had the First time and these ones were more dream like . after a few months i gave up . when one night it just happened . this time though there was someone else with me i dont know who or why they were there but got the impression they wanted to help me . make me feel safer cause sometimes it can be a little bit scary. i dont think we communicated via words in this expeince more like thought really but i remember thinking who are you and what do you want. the answer i got came in the form of a thought too and it was " im your spirit guide i want to help " Now at this point the experience ended . i think becasue at that point in the experience i panicked LOL . now at that time i didjnt believe in spirit guides(still dont ) or anything of that nature , and admit it is questionable wether that happened or not . i have no idea .but thats what happened . and thats the first time i spoke to anyone in an experience like it . the only other time was when i saw another person during ap and this wasnt in my house .so trying to be clever i went over and asked what he was doing he said he was " looking for his son " . i dont know what this meant but thats as far as that convo went as he left me satnding there . this time i asked in woirds and he responded in words . i didnt recognize any of these people as anyone i knew in life so who knows ? but its all fun whatever it was grin2.gif

This is common for some people. I am one of them. On many attempts throughout my life to get up early, 3 or 4 am, for camping or fishing trips I have slept through the alarm. That is if the alarm goes off after a minute or two. If the alarm does not turn off after a few minutes I evidently would get up just long enough to turn it off and go right back to sleep. I would not have the slightest memory of switching it off though. I could wake up just enough and go back to sleep fast enough to have no memory of it. The only way I know I do this is thanks to sleeping with a girlfriend who wakes easily and can not go back to sleep quickly. They would tell me "you turned it off and must have went back to sleep".

It could simply be that you are not used to waking up anywhere near 4am and your body does not want to get up. It wants to and does go right back to sleep.

Now I have two alarm clocks and one of them is across the room and has a loud enough radio to wake this sound sleeper up on time. Perhaps something that could help you?

Thanks very much for both replies from Ziggy and Kevin A.

Right, now...its very interesting.
If that is what I am actually doing, its rather creepy to think about..I mean, to think I am getting up and reaching out or getting out to turn off my alarm, without realising it, is weird.
Tonight, I'll try putting the alarm further away in the room, therefore I'd have to get out to turn it off..
But if I still don't hear it...then...its either me turning it off STILL, or something weird is happening.
I mean, yeah, I've never had to set the alarm for 4am before, so its possible my brain isn't used to it.
But, my ex girlfriend and her friend told me, that there alarms didn't go off in the past 2 days either...and theres always do also.
Thats really weird.
Its been 3 nights in a row now anyway. So..I'll try again by putting it across the room.

TO add to what Kevin stated.

My wife snores. This is no big surprise or family secret.

What is funny is we will be having 'pillow talk' about the day or something and she'll start snoring. So I figure, "ok, she fell asleep, end of dialog." Wrong ... she then askes, "well, what do you think?" - or other follow-up dialog comment. I go, "I thought you went to sleep." She tells me, "no I was simply waiting for a reply." So I tell her she was snoring. "No I wasn't! I am fully awake and fully aware."

So the next night and a number of times after that I take a little digital recorder w/me to record our, 'pillow talk'. Sure enough she starts to snore - and then goes into denile and fully awake response.

Then I play back the recording to show her. She goes, "no way! I'd remember I was snoring..." So then I just smile and ask ..."then who's snoring next to me?" She has accepted that she does this - but still finds it hard to believe because she is convienced that she is fully awake and alert.

Point being - awake or sleep and 1/2 way between. Alertness doesn't always mean fully alert and fully aware.

I ware ear plugs because of her snoring. There are times where in the very we hours of the AM 4-6 I'll be startled because I hear her snoring and discovered my ear plugs have fallen out. Only to find them neatly in the side drawer in the container that has a locking lid. How did they get in there. Well I must have done it my sleep not being aware at all that I was doing this. It's only happened a very few rare times - but it's not something I'd just do. I ware them the whole night until I wake up.

Well for me its a combination of a few things that works. One is having to get up, cross the room and turn the music off. This is the main one I think since it requires being the most awake. Two is I set the alarm closest to me to go off a half hour or so before the main alarm. Its kind of like a soft start for me. Wake up because of the first alarm, sleep for a half hour more and then get up to the blaring music of the main alarm. Seems to work for me really well but my girlfriend hates it with a passion. Good luck with your attempts at getting up at 4am. It can pose quite the challenge.

Oh Im sure Mrs. Breen would love to know the whole world knows she snores so loudly you need ear plugs lol

Along similar lines here my girlfriend loves to talk right before going to bed. Basically anything we did not discuss previously that day either because she forgot or does not want to talk about it until 30 secs before I pass out gets brought up. Many times I have found myself doing exactly what your wife does. I fall asleep only to attempt to continue the conversation minutes later when something wakes me up. Strange really and it annoys her quite a bit.

Also I have the habit of lucid dreaming and talking aloud. She knows its time to end the conversation when Im rambling (surprise surprise) on about something and making no sense what so over. My words go where ever my dream is going. It can be sort of lucid where I kind of control my dream and sort of control my words. Then other times it can be completely off the wall. Just one of those weird things when you are very tired, are trying to talk to someone you care about, literally fighting to stay awake and you are losing on one front or another. Parts of your brain shut down and run off to play while others want to stay and work. Much like or in part lucid dreaming, its just one of those things.

Truly fascinating what we can do in our sleep.

Yesterday while meditating i had a vision of being in a car with a woman she looked at me and i thinked 'she is not a dream actor' and she replied 'you ('jus' - a polite way to say 'tu'=you) are very right' after that i told her 'dont call me 'jus(you)' and thought about shocking our hands and so we did that.

This morning i awoke with a high pitched sound in my head and talked with my guides for about 20 minutes one of the more noticeable conversations was then i tried to ask which side of my brain is dominant original.gif :

I:Tell me which side of my brain is dominant
They:You dont need to know that
They:Only a correct expression of mind will help you
They:If your hearth truly wants that (the truth) when we will help you

The conversation felt so real like actually talking to someone so far i think i have met about 10 spirits tongue.gif.

I have read this topic for almost a whole day and still had 70ish pages so ill skip to the end

i tried last night the 4 am thing, woke up from my cell phone, i dident splash water on my face (i sleep outside because i am visiting in egypt and it is very hot sleeping inside) nor did i wait two minutes, so i tried it i imagined myself standing next to me and kept sayuing im going to astral project, i was falling asleep[ and couldent keep it up i stoppped imagining myself standing by mistake for a few minutes then i stopped saying it so i fell asleep and woke up an hour later tried again i felt vibrations but it was in the right leg only then my leg volted and hit the wall, i fell asleep after this was my first attempt, was that with my leg me actuallyu getting somewhere or do you think i just did that myself, i want to astral project so badly but i dont want it to take years : ( excuse any typos

Ok, I've been trying for a little while & usually I get nothing. Although, yesterday I tried & had some odd feeling in my body. I don't know if tingly is the right word but it's more like if my body & soul are trying to separate. I feel this heavy pulling on the top half of my body like my soul is trying to rip its way through. However, it never goes anywhere. This happened once while I was laying in the tub yesterday, & than again last night before sleep. Do you know if this is a precursor to me actually getting somewhere with it?

I tried the 4am thing but I am far too tired at that point and pass out pretty much the instance I lay down, never leaving time to even think about AP.

Metacom thats the way i would descrie the very first part . tingling sensation . i found that once you get this if you think oh is this it . it stops . try not to think about it at all just allow the feeling come over you and go with it . dont let thougths in just accept it .

at first with me it was as if a wave of energy was washing over me an every time it got up to my throat i would panic .just allow and accept and im sure you ill get there soon and as soon as it does . let us know how it went original.gif

Hey, i tried for the second time and my hands and legs felt numb and then felt "smooth* (i reallly cant explain the feeling thats the best word) i dont remember those being on the list so i think i may
have imagined that, i felt vibrations, my eyes were twitching EXTREMELY hard to the point i lost the trance, i tried again but i i kept losing the trance every time i thought i was feeling something.... so i stayed up and never went back to sleep so i can hopefully be extremely tired tonight and just go with it, tonight will be the third attempt

This is a very interesting topic, and I will surely try this out soon! Maybe in the weekend when I don't have to work.

I have had sensations like these before and did not know that it may relate to astral travel. Plese correct me if I'm wrong, but are things like your legs or body suddenly jolting up in to the air as soon as you enter deep sleep part of it? Now that I think about it, I think I've lifted my head off from my body before when I was in a state of sleep paralysis, when I could look down on my body but couldn't move? This is from an experience of lucid dreaming that I sometimes have naturally.

Samo mellow.gif
Vilius
Hey Samo8 your right about the jolts , had lifted my head from my body once too felt like really lifting my head tongue.gif ... i envy you for those natural lucid dreams >_<
Jjbreen
I guess because it's not a "challenge", one does not see the 'problem' other have. Controlling my Lucid Dreams or even my REM or other dreams has never been a problem for me.

I guess I'm honestly curious as to why some have this challenge? <-- Honest question. See if I don't like the "direction" the dream is going - I simply change it. That for me is the beauty of dreams, Lucid or otherwise. In dreams there are no 'rules' - 'no laws of physics' or otherwise.
HardworkingBoy
oh astral projection how does it work?
Vilius
What challenge are you talking about Jj ?
Samo8
I think jj is refering "challenge" as 'challenging', rather than an actual challenge.
Metacom
Last night I tried again since my cold seems to be giving way. I spent probably a good hour on what I think was the brink of actually being successful. My whole body felt completely tingly, I occasionally would get this lifting / sinking feeling, & severe changes in sinus pressure (not sure if that is a sign but it was happening). However, it just wouldn't happen. Occasionally, I would see a brief image (like seeing from a long distance) but that was it. Actually, it was a bit odd I saw the same exact image as I did a few nights ago while meditating.

Anyway, how do you think I can get my spirit body to actually release?
Jjbreen
QUOTE (Vilius @ Oct 26 2007, 04:18 AM) *

Some find it a "challenge" to control their dreams. For those like me, where controlling your dreams, Lucid or other wise simply isn't a challenge. As I stated, I've been able to control my dreams for a very long time. I theory is, because I know what is dream and what is not. So when other's express frustration in controlling their dreams - those of who do not, wonder where the 'challenge' is for them or why they cannot control their dreams.

See I know when I'm in a dream state: Lucid or other wise. I know the 'rules' of dreams - there are none. You can float, fly, walk through walls and violate any and all laws of physics of the real world.

Ok, so I tried again last night, and I tried a different technique. The technique I'd read from the internet, and it seemed very successful.
Its basically to relax and imagine a rope above you, and then after getting the visualisation of the rope in your mind, visualise your astral hands reaching up out of your real hands and climbing this rope. Just keep visualising your astral hands moving one in front of the other up this rope, feel the rope, actually feel it and imagine climbing this rope with your astral body.
So I did it, and at first I started to get this pulse feeling I've never felt before, in my leg. I moved my leg carefully to make sure it wasn't getting numb or cramp. It continued to pulse as I imagined climbing the rope with my astral body....
Then I felt this tingly feeling all over my body, sort of like a buzzing.
Then a major breakthrough was I felt this jolt in my leg, and I was quite excited and amazed...so I kept imagining getting higher up this rope, and then my other leg jolted. But by then I was so excited, I sort of clouded over after seeing loads of colours, I fell asleep :/
But its definitely amazing and the best I've felt so far. So I'm gonna keep trying every night!

You're getting close. I feel the exact same sensations before I project. For me, the buzzing begins in my feet and lower legs and moves its way up. I also commonly experience this 'jolting'. Good work. So far, the unfamiliar sensations have excited you to the point of losing concentration and being unable to project. But with time and patience, I guarantee you will leave your body.

Why do you wish to astral project?

I personally was curious about the concept of souls and an afterlife. I knew that if astral projection was possible for me it would validate such ideas. It's also a very enlightening experience.

Thanks again Ziggy, for taking the time to read my update.
I tried again last night, but I had no luck at all...
But that doesn't disappoint me...as I know patience is the best thing to getting there in the end.
Just gotta keep trying.

Just registered to this website. I really like this kind of stuff happy.gif ...

Well, I've just started my search on this weird dreaming experience i had few weeks ago I just can't seem to forget. I have founded 2 names of it sofar hmm.gif i don't know wich one it is?

Is there a difference between Astro Traveling and Lucid Dreaming? I think so, but not sure. But this is totally helpfull sofar, want to try the '4-in-the-morning' thing laugh.gif To be honest, I do have sometimes that feeling of floating or sinking, but I never really thinked so much of it. It is a nice feeling, but then it got freaky so usually get awake again and turn lol. (by the way sorry for the bad spelling and grammar)

Like I said I had a weird dreaming experience few weeks back. I where in my school just walking around and suddenly I was aware of dreaming. Then I frozed. Could not move. I did not wake. Why I didn't - I don't know. There where few people passing by wich I don't even know, but they all notice me and smiled and walked on. I tried verrry hard to move, but it was like I was paralized. I felt weird, can't describe it. I can try? The best way I can try is actually silly but quite fit hehe.. It's like a game on a console and the joystick/remote won't work, you press it verrry hard and kinda get irritated or something at it and then suddenly the avatar or something moves slowly. That's how it felt, I was actualy uhm floating? or hovering? just where funny. Never had such dream. but I got lost in the dream again and dreamed on. Don't know how but I lost controll and just dreamed on like a normal dream. the dream where short though. didn't dream for long, when I lost control, I woke up. But I liked it.

I think that description is more to the lucid dreaming thing. I kind of understand this astral thing. You know your somewhere in the world rather then in your own mind like lucid dreaming. I don't know, maybe I'm wrong... blink.gif

And oh this I totally want to know what happened. I'm still freaked about this. One time I woke up in the morning hours and it was like waking up into a nightmare. I was paralized sort of. It felt like someone is holding you body and they won't let you move. My eyes kept shut and won't open. I was drowsy, but did realize I was in some sort of trouble or something. Then suddenly I jumped up in a way that i woke up there was nothing and I saw the window was open though and strong wind coming through the blinds. Don't usually open my windows, but probly forgot it open that night. But I was freaked. That terrible feeling I still remember clearly. Hope you may know what it is? blink.gif because I have no clue what so ever. But anyhow...

Well, it's kind of late sleepy.gif So I'll be off then... But thanx for the great subject!

Lizzy out! thumbsup.gif

Oooh ya, before I go... blink.gif

I wan't to know that person or guide or whatever that seemed to lead you, is it your personal angel? huh.gif
I've heard about this archangels and your personal angels and stuff. And just wanted to know is that one way you 'contact' them? If you even know about this lol...

And have you ever heard of the 'Law of Attraction'? disgust.gif Now that's interesting. After some thing I've watched, wich is quite very popular I see, I've became WAY more open minded on anything. It sort of let you think further and further, but I don't always like thinking to far. It gets you insane sometimes. Maybe not really but I don't like thinking to far. Feels like it's to much for my mind or something lol.

Anyway I can see I'm tired sleepy.gif because I talk off the subject and nonsense...

In the Summer of 1990, I was staying at my parents house while looking for a place to live. A job opening became available near my home town, and I continued to work while preparing for the big move. I'd been working nights and sleeping in my parent's guest bedroom during the day.

After being asleep for about 5 hours, I found myself standing in the living room. I was facing an outside wall and could hear my father talking to the right side of me. I turned my attention towards the den, of which a could see about one-half of the room, but still could not see him. I had a difficult time trying to understand what he was saying, but I could tell that he was on the phone. His conversation was one-sided with long pauses in-between sentences. When I tried to walk into the den, I suddenly zapped back into my body.

After climbing out of bed, I went straight to the den, where I found my father sitting on the couch watching TV. I asked if he had been on the phone and he said that he had. I then asked if the person that he was talking with was a man. He said that it was a friend of his but wanted to know why I was asking. I told him that I could hear his conversation and it sounded as if he was talking to a man, possibly about me or baseball. He accused me of eavesdropping on his telephone conversation, and I told him that I was asleep in bed. He then asked me how I could have heard him from the back bedroom. I told him that I woke up out of my body in the living room. He is very closed-minded about such things, and probably doesn't believe me. However, he will confirm my story.

Sounds like someone needs to try it for themself! happy.gif

I can understand your skepticism. But why don't you give it a try?

This is interesting. I had this experience sometime ago that I haven't been able to explain and it happened to me only once; but would love to have it again. I was quite tired and fell asleep trying to get my daughter to sleep. Next thing I knew I was semi-awake and knew that I was an unexplained entity and I was travelling quite fast in a wave like motion. I felt that I was still inside my child's room but it was if full of rainbow like colours and patterns and sort of flying and can be quite fast. I felt it was just a few seconds. I tried to wake up and realized I was tired and wanted to do the thing again so went to sleep again. Again it happened for a shorter period and I was aware that I was semi conscious. But I think I was woken up by a noise. I'd love to experience that again though.

Yesterday my friend came over and the first thing I said to her was, Let's astro-project!" She shook her head at me, I knew secretly I was shaking my head too...We both knew why we didn't wanna do it...We're both afraid of spirits and entities >.< I mean...me and her are into manipulation and the kind of ESP that corresponds with science, but when it comes to perception and things like that, we start thinking of demons, amongst other things...we wouldn't know how to react to something that we've never seen in our lives.

I told her that if you're frightened to see a demon, you actually might...but if you keep calm about it and think positive thoughts, you'll have an awesome journey. But again, we both knew we couldn't do that...we can't just accept our fears so easily...Is there anyway or any advaice any can offer that will help with me with astro projection?
HardworkingBoy
have you ever tried to go into your friend's body and your friend going into your body with astral projection?

and what is manipulation?
Vilius
Vocaltalentz that fear is going to get you two anywhere. I mean just think about that you can try and get results or you can keep yourself in fear and get nothing. I hope you chose wisely thumbsup.gif ! Remember these entity's have nothing to use against you without your fear!

i was taught that there were two main types of ESP...manipulation, and perception. perception has to do more with really...mental stuff? like telepathy and precognition and remote viewing, things like that. while manipulation has to do more with energy and science, like telekinesis, pyrokinesis, shields, psiballs, etc. to me, perception is scarier...

thanks for the advice ;-) but as i've said, we both know that already. the matter of getting rid of these fears is the problem. some things are easier said than done, unfortunately.

One of the ways to overcome fear is confronting your fear until you wont fear it anymore.

Hi! this is my first post.

I've been researching this whole OBE stuff for quite a while now. I've had plenty of these things. but for some reason, I had them almost every night when I was on a drug called Paxil. When I was getting off of Paxil (I was on it for almost 6 years) I was going through major withdrawl! and It seemed to trigger this OBE even more then before!

I saw some very scary and demented things while on the lower levels of the Astral Planes.

But now that I've been of the drug since May, I rarely get OBE. Maybe 3 times since then. But I never get those crazy dreams anymore.

Do you think Paxil stimulated these awful yet plesent dreams?

Also, I always have these dreams where I'm at my old house. (almost every night)

Why does my 'spirit' always go there? And it's always the lower level at my old house.

I cant answer your questions, but I am curious to what you saw because of an experience I had that I am still trying to decide if it was a dream or AP. What was happening did seem real. Where I was was some building I had someone there that appeared as an average person, but in the back was some humanoid people or person (don't recall if it was more than 1) with relatively normal bodies but they had demonic faces. It was suggested by the "guide" that I was on a lower level plane. So really i'm curious if you saw people that fit that same description.

U know I have to honestly ask this:

It never once entered your mind that these were drug induced dreams? Having worked w/various Psychologist and doctor's helping to research patients backgrounds... This drug is very well understood to do this - induce weird and strange dreams. More so coming off it. Dreams nothing more .... Not "Astral Projection" or any other OBE - sigh ..............

I forgot to say that I HAD THESE DREAMS BEFORE I was on the Paxil. And a bit more after it.
