It has been confirmed as of this date, that a failure of the H.A.A.R.P. 15-3 Proteus Unit at Ascension Island U.K. had lost it's targeting control during it's first operational trial. The accelerator was damaged at shutdown, and will not be operational until 12 June at the earliest.
This failure went undetected for approximately 17 minutes, and appears to have caused another series of dimensional rifts along the East coast of the U.S. and Southwest Africa. These dimensional rifts are x- dimensional and have a time frame of -100 million B.C. plus or minus about 20 million years. As was the case in 1995, several predatory reptilian animals have entered our y-dimension and are as this is written, freely roaming in the Southern New York region, Northern Pennsylvania, West Virginia and a possible sighting occurred this morning at 2:34 hours at Norfolk N.A.S. 150 meters off the beach.
All operatives are officially at level 4 alert, and are to be ready to go on 60 minute notice. (DOOTP) article 15-1 through 17-4 with all addendums are to apply. Sounds very, very, very much like the plot of a new TV series that ITV have been making - should be broadcast later this year. It's a hout a team of scientists who have to hunt down dinosaurs that have reached our world through an rip in space-time or something.

This is my first post since I'm new to the board this article caught my eyes?

The post is quite an eye opener if it is true, but with all strange reports today there are stranger things than Heaven and Hell? such information as this seems to flow off the internet like a flowing stream such is the avaiblity today. My take on this is! main stream/orthodox views seem to have come to the conclusion that there no more to seek or look for rubbish!!
HARP is something that should bare watching it has the ability to work in fields that maybe even beyond those who employ the system or are not 100% of the outcome and that is scary
I have read about the HARP up in Alaska and that is scary enough as it is to here of other sites, only adds to the possiblities of what is possible?
I live in the US now but I grew up in the UK so any stories that come from those shores I always like to read.

Greetings this does sound some TV show, but the fact that it's the first time I heard of possible "Dionosaurs" in West Virginia?
That area is no so populated that's for sure and there is plenty of deep woodland, but the possibity of massive beats roaming around, I would think by now there would have been some sighting of them.
But if true it would be scary thought I mean ripping open portals in the fabric of time/space sounds like comes to mind "Operation Chronos Time Travel" Another idea was to time trawl bringing animals even people from some point in there history to the present even to the past. Imagine someone landing in the now!!! From his/her supper?
On a new note I used to love Dr Who, shame that it gathered dust but since I live in the US, and getting to know what goes on in the UK is only becomes bits and pieces at best but BBC have always fancied an empire, but making a show to rival the classic Dr Who, would have to be something.

All this possiblities sounds like Quantum Theory if you ask me
