United States Orders Massive Troop Deployments, Changes War Name to ‘Long War’ As Massive Cosmic Blasts Hit Northern Hemisphere Triggering 200 MPH Winds In America

Russian Military Analysts are reporting today the United States Military Government has ordered an immediate mass deployment and realignment of their forces in preparation for what many of these analysts believe to be a ‘pending’ attack upon either the North American Continent, or an attack by American Military Forces in their War-Zones.

These reports further state that the United States Military Government issued an ‘immediate’ order under what they call CONPLAN 8022, and which we can read as reported from the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists in their report titled "U.S. nuclear forces, 2006", and which says:

"New war plans. The Defense Department is upgrading its nuclear strike plans to reflect new presidential guidance and a transition in war planning from the top-heavy Single Integrated Operational Plan of the Cold War to a family of smaller and more flexible strike plans designed to defeat today's adversaries. The new central strategic war plan is known as OPLAN (Operations Plan) 8044. Former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard B. Meyers described some of the planning changes in April 2005 Senate testimony: "[U.S. Strategic Command] has revised our strategic deterrence and response plan that became effective in the fall of 2004. This revised, detailed plan provides more flexible options to assure allies, and dissuade, deter, and if necessary, defeat adversaries in a wider range of contingencies."

One member of the new family is CONPLAN 8022, a concept plan for the quick use of nuclear, conventional, or information warfare capabilities to destroy--preemptively, if necessary--"time-urgent targets" anywhere in the world. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld issued an Alert Order in early 2004 that directed the military to put CONPLAN 8022 into effect. As a result, the Bush administration's preemption policy is now operational on long-range bombers, strategic submarines on deterrent patrol, and presumably intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs)."

Not being told to the American people about these actions by their Military Forces are the underlying reasons, and which have nothing to at all to do with oil or terrorism, but the very survival of World as we know it now due to the Massive assaults upon our World’s Weather Systems, and which sources within the United States Pentagon had released their reporting on, and as we can read as reported by Britain’s Guardian Unlimited News Service in their article titled "Key findings of the Pentagon", and which says:

· Future wars will be fought over the issue of survival rather than religion, ideology or national honour.

· By 2007 violent storms smash coastal barriers rendering large parts of the Netherlands uninhabitable. Cities like The Hague are abandoned. In California the delta island levees in the Sacramento river area are breached, disrupting the aqueduct system transporting water from north to south.

· Between 2010 and 2020 Europe is hardest hit by climatic change with an average annual temperature drop of 6F. Climate in Britain becomes colder and drier as weather patterns begin to resemble Siberia.

· Deaths from war and famine run into the millions until the planet's population is reduced by such an extent the Earth can cope.

· Riots and internal conflict tear apart India, South Africa and Indonesia.

· Access to water becomes a major battleground. The Nile, Danube and Amazon are all mentioned as being high risk.

· A 'significant drop' in the planet's ability to sustain its present population will become apparent over the next 20 years.

· Rich areas like the US and Europe would become 'virtual fortresses' to prevent millions of migrants from entering after being forced from land drowned by sea-level rise or no longer able to grow crops. Waves of boatpeople pose significant problems.

· Nuclear arms proliferation is inevitable. Japan, South Korea, and Germany develop nuclear-weapons capabilities, as do Iran, Egypt and North Korea. Israel, China, India and Pakistan also are poised to use the bomb.

· By 2010 the US and Europe will experience a third more days with peak temperatures above 90F. Climate becomes an 'economic nuisance' as storms, droughts and hot spells create havoc for farmers.

· More than 400 million people in subtropical regions at grave risk.

· Europe will face huge internal struggles as it copes with massive numbers of migrants washing up on its shores. Immigrants from Scandinavia seek warmer climes to the south. Southern Europe is beleaguered by refugees from hard-hit countries in Africa.

· Mega-droughts affect the world's major breadbaskets, including America's Midwest, where strong winds bring soil loss.

· China's huge population and food demand make it particularly vulnerable. Bangladesh becomes nearly uninhabitable because of a rising sea level, which contaminates the inland water supplies.

In the United States Military Government acknowledging to their citizens that the war they are fighting is for what they believe is their National Survival, their top Military Commanders are now advocating that this war be named in its proper context as the ‘Long War’, and as we can read as reported by the Washington Post News Service in their article titled "Goodbye War on Terrorism, Hello Long War" and which says:

"Defense experts want the long war to be the new name for the war on terror, a kind of societal short hand that will stand shoulder to shoulder with the Cold War, promoted to capital letters, an indisputable and universally accepted state of the world.

"This generation of service members will be in what we're calling the Long War," Army Lt. Gen. Ray Odierno, assistant to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said earlier this week. "Our estimate is that for at least the next 20 years …"

These reports of Massive United States Military redeployments also come at a time when our Planet has once again been assaulted by a seemingly never ending Cosmic Blasts, and of the latest two hitting the North Hemispheric Regions we can read about as reported by the American Space Agency NASA and which says:

" GRB 060123: This was a very unusual and potentially very exciting burst. It was extremely faint, so faint that it did not trigger Swift. It was discovered by adding up all the gamma rays over time in what scientists call ''imaging mode''. The duration of the burst was an incredible 900 seconds (+/- 100 seconds uncertainty due to its faintness).

GRB 060124A: This burst was initially reported as lasting for 30 seconds, but later analysis of Swift data shows significant gamma-ray activity as much as 700 seconds after the initial burst! This makes it one of the longest bursts on record, coincidentally just one day after another extremely long burst was found (GRB 060123)."

To such power were these Cosmic Blasts that the winds generated by them are reported by the Americans to be in excess of 200 MPH, and as we can read as reported by the Charlotte Observer News Service in their January 26th article titled "Wind gusts to 200 mph in mountains", and which says:

"Workers at Grandfather Mountain described "an unreal" scene early Wednesday when record wind gusts of at least 200 mph battered the North Carolina tourist attraction in the northwest mountains. "Our workers who were inside the Visitor Center said it was like a tornado -- a whirlwind -- inside the building after the windows broke," said Crae Morton, president of Grandfather Mountain and grandson of Hugh Morton, who developed the tourist site.

Morton said staff members don't know exactly how strong the northwest winds really blew late Tuesday night and early Wednesday. The National Weather Service-approved anenometer measures only up to 200 mph. Morton said gusts reached that level several times. He said the staff assumes winds exceeded that mark."

To the effects of the events occurring in our Solar System causing the unprecedented Global Weather Chaos we are experiencing we have reported upon many times, including our January 25th report titled "President Putin Orders Russian ‘Doomsday Bunkers’ In Ural Mountains To Prepare For International Crisis As Catastrophic Cold And Ozone Hole Hit European Continent", and wherein we had stated:

"Neither are these Western people being told the true reasons for the increasing cloud cover of our Earth, and which Western Scientists are now seeing for themselves the validity of Russian Scientific findings of the past 50 years that this increase is due to Cosmic blasts, and as we can read from the reporting of Britain’s Proceedings of the Royal Society, and which states:

"New evidence that events in outer space affect the weather and climate of Earth has been revealed in a study by meteorologists at the University of Reading published in the Proceedings of the Royal Society on Wednesday 18 January. In their paper ‘Empirical evidence for a non-linear effect of galactic cosmic rays on clouds’, Drs Giles Harrison and David Stephenson suggest that cosmic rays have a significant effect on the Earth’s lower atmosphere – particularly on levels of cloudiness.

The Reading meteorologists discovered that the chance of an overcast day decreases by 20% on days with low cosmic ray fluxes. The effect is strongest when low cosmic ray fluxes occur – this is often associated with solar flares, but may also result from changes outside the solar system. “Back in 1959, Edward Ney suggested that variations in cosmic rays, which are charged particles mostly originating outside the solar system, could affect our weather,” said Dr Harrison. “This research now provides strong evidence supporting Ney’s suggestion, which effectively links atmospheric and space science.”

To such an extent has our Earth been assaulted, that for the first time American Scientists have now begun to acknowledge the validity of Russian Researchers, and who have long maintained the severity of the changes taking place upon our World, and as we can read as reported by the Reuters News Service in their article titled "2005 was warmest year on record: NASA", and which says:

"Last year was the warmest recorded on Earth's surface, and it was unusually hot in the Arctic, U.S. space agency NASA said on Tuesday. All five of the hottest years since modern record-keeping began in the 1890s occurred within the last decade, according to analysis by NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies. In descending order, the years with the highest global average annual temperatures were 2005, 1998, 2002, 2003 and 2004, NASA said in a statement. "It's fair to say that it probably is the warmest since we have modern meteorological records," said Drew Shindell of the NASA institute in New York City.

"Using indirect measurements that go back farther, I think it's even fair to say that it's the warmest in the last several thousand years."

To fully comprehend the extent to which the American people are being kept from the true knowledge of these events one only has to quote again the words of one of their own Scientists, and who said, "Using indirect measurements that go back farther, I think it's even fair to say that it's the warmest in the last several thousand years." , and then see that not one of their propaganda media organs reported these words to them.

But to those like us, from all around the World, who endeavor to keep these Western people informed, to us they label as ‘misinformation’, ‘disinformation’, and even ‘propaganda’, not even realizing that their true roads to truth are being taking away from them by the hour.

But to just read from the their own Pentagon Report, titled "An Abrupt Climate Change Scenario and Its Implications for United States National Security", should more than awaken these Western people to the horrific fate that awaits them, and which says:

"Recent research, however, suggests that there is a possibilty that this gradual global warming could lead to a relatively abrupt slowing of the ocean's thermohaline conveyor, which could lead to harsher winter weather conditions, sharply reduced soil moisture, and more intense winds in certain regions that currently provide a significant fraction of the world's food production. With inadequate preparation, the result could be a significant drop in the human carrying capacity of the Earth's environment."

How sad that it is that these Western people cannot comprehend the horrific words from this report that say, “…the result could be a significant drop in the human carrying capacity of the Earth’s environment”, and not know that this means their mass death.

But to the fully and complete understanding of these words they can also begin to understand the underlying facts behind the Global AIDS Epidemic, the coming Avian Flu Pandemic, Chemtrails, and many other such ‘events’ designed for the mass elimination of human life to much more manageable numbers for those who seek to control and direct all human life.

And to the knowing of the connections of these elites who seek to control all human life one can gain wisdom, if their eyes can see, and ears hear, from today’s news from China, and as we can read as reported by China’s Xinhua News Service in their article titled "1st foreign family bank enters China", and which says:

"The Edmond De Rothschild Banque, a subsidiary of Europe's Edmond De Rothschild family bank group in France, set up a representative office in Shanghai recently. This is the first foreign family bank that has obtained approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission and entered China's financial market."

I know for one thing that our government has full or somewhat control over the american media and that they control how much we need to know about world current events. I mean look she even mentioned it in the article, that the western world is totally unaware of what goes around in the world. We are only limited by what the government prohibits us to know and watch. This whole article was classified. You would nvr hear about this on Fox or CNN.

whered this come from? i couldnt see the US openly admiting that the worlds basicaly over. Plus every goverment does actually have contingency plans for basicaly any event thats ever likely to occur, no matter how ludicrous or real. They all exist somewere.

Indeed, at one point the Pentagon put together War Plan Red (or Orange, i can't remember which one) as WWI came to a close. War Plan Red/Orange made contingencies for a possible war with Britain.

They've got plans for everything (even, i can imagine, contingencies to combat an alien invasion). But, then, everyone else puts together similar contingency plans too (the Brits have probably got one in the event they ever went to war with France). One of the main responsibilites of any state, is to protect the state (it's land, it's people and it's interests) - because without the state, you've got nothing.
