Can anyone confirm that this will help a beginner?
http://www.spellsandmagic.com/beginner.htmlI tried the thing to remember my dreams, It didn't work. When I woke up the only thing I thought was, "oh I should write down my dream".. But I didn't remember the dream.

I don't know about the rest of it, but the dream remembering is similar to Carlos Castaneda's idea that you should suggest to yourself every night (for weeks, months) "I am a Dreamer. I have access to my Luminous Energies. I will remember my Dreams fully." This is a two-fold purpose, one for remembering dreams, two for achieving Lucid dreams and being able to control them. His idea was that you should attempt look at your hands in a dream in order to gain control - its an act of will and involves yourself so it is in theory, a good solid step. I did it once and immediately woke up.

I don’t know much about spells and magic. I have done some work on dream interpretation. Yeh the number one tip is clear your mind before you sleep try and avoid TV because that can effect our dreams. When you wake up Wright the dream down.

Not sure what spells and magic have to do with Ghosts and Hauntings, but if there's a connection let me know and i'll move the topic back.
Moved to a more suitable forum.

It doesn't look like a community site, due to the layout, so it's probably just one guy's thoughts.
Although, you could just test it out and see.

Some personal advise; spend a night reading out loud the Egyptian Book of the Dead if you are just beginning.....
http://www.touregypt.net/bkofdead.htmIf necessary use two or three nights but do not skip a night and by out loud that does not mean others who live with you have to hear it.
Once you do that you will understand what I mean.
After you have done this read whatever you want but treat what you read as advise and learn as much as you can.
Any thoughts?
