Meh, right if anyone can answer, to what degree would the electro magnetic field of our planet affect gravity during a switch of its poles?

It is unlikely to affect it at all. The electromagnetic field is a result of the dynamic movement of the Earth's core. Think of it as a giant iron ball moving within another less dense metallic cover; in essence, a planet sized generator. It is the mass of the planet, not it's electromagnetic properties, that creates gravity (to the best of our knowledge).

Which is not to say we wouldn't notice the shifting of the electro-magnetic field. Much of the harsher radiation sent to us by the sun is deflected away by the field. It would be a fairly rough few months until it kicked back into place, possibly upside down-possible not. There wouldn't be any world-wide devastation, but you could probably expect a few large hurricanes and such.
