Over the past few days, I have been experiencing migranes off and on, and seem to be coming from the middle of my head. I've heard that migranes are a sign that your third eye is opening, and they said in the region of your (sorry if the spelling is wrong) pineal gland is where it occurs. Does this mean that my third eye is finally opening/opened?

I think only you can answer that wink2.gif

Is there a way to test that? happy.gif

In my opinion yes it does. Many believe the migraines are when the pineal glad, which was previously very atrophied, is finally opening up.

Sure. Go to a doctor. Have them eliminate any natural reason. Then worry about supernatural ones.

Personally, a few Aleve's help take away any problems I have with my third eye.

I did take about 800mg of asprin this morning, but it didn't even touch the pain.

Hmm...that's weird. Are you considering prescription medicine? I mean is it that bad of a migraine?
aquatus1
Definitely see the doctor.

Well, the thing is that it's not a constant migrane. I'll get one for about 15-30 min, then it goes away. But 2-3 hrs later, it comes back.

I did that several years ago.. I finally went in because (after 3 years of suffering) I could not get rid of the terrible pain. I found that I was over dosing on Tylenol and ended up hearing a ringing sound!

I get migraines 2 to 6 days a month- EVERY month - like clockwork. The ONLY thing that works to rid of it is the expensive 50 mg Imitrex. Originally I had to give it to myself in SHOT form (ugh!) They now have it in pill form, thankfully! I've tried so many other things and nothing kicks it in the bud like an Imitrex fix!

But I've never heard of this "third eye" thing in all the years (about 15 years+) that I've had migraines. Very interesting..
However, I know what causes my migraines and there is not anything I can do about it.

Go see a doctor.

jaja, I also have cenusitis (dont know the name in ingles) and the headaches are in my forehead normally, jajaj, its funny how an illnes can be confused with the third eye. Laways go to the doctor and tell him/her whats you have, if they chek you and give you a go, then it is third eye!

PD: doctors are your best friendsnd, specially when they study you a you get a green light original.gif

Dont take medicine, thats very weak.

Drink lots of water, relax and concentrate on how nice your head feels when theres no pain

Migraines are usually on one side of your head, it doesn't sound like them from your description.

The best thing is to go see a doctor and even get your eyes tested.

Some people do experience physical problems with the paranormal, but I've never heard about the one you're describing.

Hi Lucia, I haven't seen you in a while. grin2.gif

auatus is right. Before worrying about the supernatural, try to go to a doctor to be sure it's nothing natural and something that can be serious.

My head often hurts in that area, but laying down and closing my eyes for a bit usualy helps.

Interestingly, my brother-in-law also suffered massive migranes that turned out to be caused by his braces being on too tight.

As others have said, GO SEE A DOCTOR. It doesnt matter if its constant or not, the advice still stands. Dont try to squirm your way out of it.

I do find it interesting that this "third eye" stuff has so much to do with the pineal gland though, hehehe.
